- A Hat In Time got it's DLC on PS4 and Xbox, and I had a chance to play it and beat it, and I was reminded why this game hooked me when I first played it.
A short review just for the DLC and not much specifics on it, as this DLC has been out for a while so I don't believe it needs much discussion beyond this, and me telling you it's good.

Hello everyone. I hope you all enjoyed the little review. As it is a short review, I kept it a little lighter on details, so I didn't talk about everything.
I didn't get a chance to try the co op, and again I didn't experience any noticeable frame rate drops myself, but it would not surprise me to see anyone report experiencing it themselves. Either way, please feel free to discuss any issues or concerns you may have!
For a second I thought this was an April fools joke, but when I checked the PlayStation store, the dlc was out
my problems with the release of the dlc are the sudden framerate drops in places where they weren’t before and co-op isnt splitscreen.. you have to share a screen and it can be pretty disorienting at times. All I want is a splitscreen option like pc has and maybe some framerate patches and it’ll be perfect
Agreed. Co-op is very hard to play.
I didn't notice any frame drops myself, but I can see it happening. Hopefully that's something they'll smooth out.
And I didn't get a chance to play around with the co op, so I had assumed it was split screen, that's kinda lame. In the Lego games they do like a hybrid of you sharing a screen but if you walk too far from the other person the screen splits.
Imo, for us, the PS4 players, the co-op feature SHOULD be online, not local ._.
The developers get too much praise. The game is amazing on PC but gets half assed on console. I don't get why.
@@triple-d2640 Its probably because they tried to make it just like pc. They didnt half ass it they just need to change somethings up for console then it could be better. Like multiplayer. Pc is online and no need for split screen. Probably why multiplayer doesnt have it. Or quality.

Im just asking does the online multiplayer work in ps4 edition?
As far as I am aware, it should, as even the PS5 version is just technically the PS4 Version of the game, I played via backwards compatibility. From what a few people said below, it's a little difficult to play local co op, but as far as I know the online should work with PS4 no problem.
Lemme make it clear - Online Party works ONLY on Steam version of the game, as Online is working on Steam API

Thanks! Online co op I believe works, but if you're talking about the big party mode that lets you play with like 50 players at once, then yes, you're correct!

it's not I play on PS4 you have to press the L3(aka the Left Stick) to use them but you can only access that if you purchase the nyakuza metro dlc

To my knowledge, there is local co op, as in plug in a controller and play couch co op. And to my knowledge online co op is only available on PC.

I have! I bought all the Jak games recently on PS4 and played the last summer again. Going to replay Jak 2 at some point!
