    I absolutely love that aquascape and the choice of fish. I've never fancied juwel Rios for aquascapes but that tank looks awesome in white and has completely changed my mind. Absolutely stunning

      thankyou so much...I used to have a black Rio and wasn't so keen but after i decorated, decided to get it in white (was the best i could afford to be honest) once i removed internal filter housing and painted the back panel black i was well impressed how well it looked. the new push open cabinets are solid and nice looking cabinets too👍

    • @GEORDIESCAPER

      Hi Stewart, not sure why, the only time i've had problems is if there was trapped air, i usually just give it a big suck and off it goes, make sure hosing is empty of all water and air bubbles before you siphon out water, pump does all the work straight away when refilling.

    Cambiare il 70% dell' acqua in un colpo solo?? Non mi sembra molto consigliato se si vuole mantenere stabili i valori in vasca.

      Hi Dave,to be honest I have never tested. I know that my area the water is fairly soft. Must measure sometime.

    Auto-generated captions were great on this 😂 Similar to how I do it but I add dechlorinator into the tank and attach the hose straight to the sink. I’ve been using the outside tap to do about 20% water changes too (trying to get corys spawning) and there’s been no ill effects.
    I need to get an intake tube though - it looks much safer than wedging the hose under the hood

    • @GEORDIESCAPER
      @GEORDIESCAPER  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      😂i can imagine the captions😂amazing how handy intake tube is, hooks in place and also lets the water trickle rather than spray👍
      thanks for taking the time to comment.

    Why not just put the prime in the fish tank when you start to refill as then you won’t lose any because if your bucket spills then you are losing prime down the sink

    That's a bit stupid putting decloranator into the bucket and then watching it spill over the side and down the drain. Try putting it directly into the tank.

    • @GEORDIESCAPER

      Stupid is a bit harsh but you are right, I do add to aquarium now as I have a thermo valve fitted now and add the water directly👍
