I love that you're dropping model numbers like rice at a wedding. Always good stuff from you cats. My first work light was a halogen cage light. You know the kind, you can heat a drafty igloo with one.
Looking for a great light for drywall work... not sure if a single light would ever be able to accomplish that but this looks close. Thoughts, or other suggestions?
Dropped 8' onto a polished concrete floor. Hit the lens and it rubbed the mark off 100% with my thumb. No cracks.. Never seen plastic do that with no surface marring.
Thanks for the review. Happy to see tool companies upping their light game. Its about time. Light color is based on the Kelvin scale. In a nut shell most are between 3000k -6500 K 3k is more yellowish(warm tint, better for color rendition.) 5k is white(neutral) and6500k is blue(cool tint) The higher 6500kelvin light put out more Lumen and companies use that as a selling point. The warmer or neutral tint with higher color rendition is the ay to go. Easier on the eyes and better color rendition ( (CRI) Like you said (CRI) is important for electricians . Red wires need to look red.... Im a flashlight collector (Flashaholic) buy the Wowtac A2S Headlamp. Its 1000lumen comes with a battery that has built in micro-usb charger, and supplied usb cable. Like $29.95 complete. You can use it as a 90% flashlight or slide it into the headband. Great for work and one of the best deals in the flashlight world. I Dont sell them or have any conection with them. Just trying to contribute to you .
i have the rover already but im considering getting this for my on site welding. i work at night. i might use this for general workspace visuals and the rover for the area of interest, where i am welding.

Hated this light at first. Felt clunky. 2 years later I love it. Shockingly tough too.

I keep this in the house in case of power outages, it will last all day on low to light up a bathroom
I guess because I don’t have you choosing it for me?

Don't know if anyone has asked this, but will the 12.0 batteries fit on this light?
I think so - theres plenty of room there
Yeah it does that was the first thing I did was put in a 12ah battery as soon as I got it.
Ok, thanx for the replies, the local home Depot has a starter kit with a 12.0 and 6.0 battery and a rapid charger for $250.
