English aana aapke liye zaruri hain kyuki aap passengers se kaise baat kroge agar unhe hindi aati hi nai. Most of the people are English speakers now in India. so it is important that you learn. time lagega but hojaega. Keep practicing.
most of the Airline's crew selection criteria is 155cm so it would be difficult. However you can start swimming and other activities to increase your height since its only about 2 cm in your case.
