Nah... You are okay. It's an evolutionary thing. Women actually look better during pregnancy. It is supposed to make them more desirable and sociable towards other human beings (not just males), so it increases the attention and care they would receive. Also it minimises the chances of being abandoned or left alone during their pregnancy which used to be quit dangerous and worked as a selective component of evolution...
