- At the southernmost tip of the southernmost nation lies the small city of Invercargill. A closer look into this place reveals the same features we find all over the world at the time...and the same flimsy narrative to explain the architecture and infrastucture...

They could build streetcars but still used horse and buggy? On muddy streets in some instances? Not even brick laid yet for streets but these magnificent structures were necessary? The inheritors happened into a beautiful world, I wonder if they had the chance to enjoy it🧐

No, it's just showing how far European and western society has diminished. You're looking at the height of European colonialism. We used to know how to build and had much more skills and basic knowledge in those times. Family structure was in tact and people and communities were organized as well as the public school system had not indoctrinated the youth as much...
There were also no strict child labor laws. European society was just far more productive that time. Although it's on what seems to be on far flung New Zealand, was there a port nearby? Also apparently there was gold in the area, which with the combination of a port town and gold, although the population was not huge, it means there was a lot of money there. Also, the Presbyterian Church was very wealthy.

Port of bluff just a few Km's outside of invercargill, think it's like 30 (18 miles depending on where you're from)
I'm from Invercargill...And yes this was once a very wealthy city that could afford the architecture that you continually DOUBT! Best you stay in Canada.

Somehow I don't think invercargill is part of a conspiracy theory 🤣 my mum grew up there during the 40's and 50's as my gran did in the 1920's my grandfather who was alot older than my grandmother immigrated there in 1906 from Germany and there are pictures of him in front of the Presbyterian church when he was young..they were obviously there then and these building were there then along with the trams. A lot of steel and building materials were imported from uk. Was a wealthy area during a gold rush in the late 1800's and had a heavy farming and dairy industry. Those poles are telegraph poles with ceramic spool insulators. I used to go down to an old sight there as a child when visiting my grandparents and find broken bits of them in the rubble.

@@oldworldex I'm open minded but the who, where, why and how's have to make absolute logical and reasonable sense. The theory has to be solid for me to even contemplate putting my time into it. What's the crux in a nutshell?
