In this video, I will show the genuine recipe of chicken degi salan. this is the most authentic and best chicken degi style recipe. it is often made on functions and marriages in Pakistan.
Written Ingredients:
Chicken 8kg
onion 1.75kg
Tomato 1.75kg
Ghee 1.75 kg
Salt 8tbs
Green Chillies 15-20pcs
Ginger 125gms
Garlic 125gms
red Chilli 8tbs
Turmeric 4tbs
coriander powder 6tbs
cumin powder 4tbs
Garam masala 2tbs
Green Cardamom 4pcs
Curd 1kg
1kg Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg
onion 200gms
Tomato 200gms
Ghee 200gms
Salt 1tbs
Green Chillies 3-4pcs
Ginger 1tbs
Garlic 1tbs
Red Chilli 1tbs
Turmeric 1/2tbs
coriander powder 0.75tbs
cumin powder 1/2tbs
Garam masala 0.25tbs
Green Cardamom 2pcs
Curd 150gms

Stir it continuously till it gets boiled
Whisk the yogurt properly and keep it on room temperature for a little while before putting it in.

Rashid bhai pls try to make it well cooked by leaving it to cook on light heat for 45 minutes at least. U will get the best results after slow cooking.
