I used to not care for knocked loose cause of the vocals. I decided to start giving them a chance, got used to Brian's vocals and is now one of my favorite bands. Honestly God knows is probably my favorite from them.
Yeah his vocals are the biggest complaint I hear. My friend loves the music but can't get past the vocals. Says he sounds like a muppet lol. I was the same way at first but one day something just 'clicked' and I fell in love with them.
If you guys enjoyed this you’d definitely like their 2021 EP A Tear in the Fabric of Life. It’s accompanied by a full length animated film. It’s a concept EP where the main character loses his spouse/partner in a car accident and follows him as he deals with the guilt of killing her. It’s heavy as fuck. It’s 6 songs and only like 20 minutes long.
KL have rapidly become one of my favorite bands just in the last year. God Knows blew my hair back and my socks off. One of the heaviest songs I’ve ever heard. Hardcore, metalcore, death metal and a pinch of black metal. I’d love for y’all to react to that song. I also hope a new record is coming, it should be right on schedule because they released A Tear in The Fabric of Life EP nearly 2 years ago.
KL is absolutely the coolest metal band of the 2020s They did the thing, they brought something fresh and new to the scene and people are taking notice like mad now, and bryans vocals allow then to stand out from a crowd of same sounding vocalists in the genre Im not even a hardcore fan all like that but id 100% go see KL live
A Tear in the Fabric of life was their last EP and it slaps. Probably one of my favorite pieces of work ever. It has an animated film that goes along with it. It’s amazing.
Hadnt really heard much knocked loose then a gig of theres is coming to my hometown (which only has like a small venue that holds 400 people and has like 1 or 2 decent gigs a year) so decided to check them out and really was quite surprised. Im more into like old school metal, not so much the hardcore except abit of hatebreed and Raging speedhorn. but these guys seem super heavy and like you say just straight up breakdowns and pit music. So while its fresh im just loving the heaviness and dissonance. Surprised how big they are getting. To put it in context they sold out in 4 hours, Obituary who are also playing there still havent sold out after a week and there a massively influencial band with a massive fanbase in there own right. But yeah ill be going to both those gigs in the same week. So really cant wait until August
Haven’t really listened to KL too much before but both songs were great and it’s a cool idea to release back to back songs in one video. Awesome first time reaction from you guys! Got another first time reaction you could do! Paleface Swiss - Please End Me 🤘
I think Disturbed did the ARF ARF first? I graduated in 01’ so don’t judge me lol 😂 hardcore for me was Hatebreed, Swarn Enemy, and Madball!! Now we have these amazing mother truckers 😂
I'm uncertain if you are familiar with Kublai Khan, but they have a relatively new song called Theory of Mind and it is HEAVY should give it a listen if yous get the chance!! \m/
Great band. Love the video on this one, the tracks are great but aren't quite as good as their previous EP A Tear in the Fabric of Life which is where I think they have hit their peak. There was a substantial shift in sound from earlier albums which leant more into hardcore.
I’ve tried to like this band but the lead singers voice is awful imo….it feels Like his trying his best but his voice is straining….there like a poor man’s paleface

I just said the same thing after hearing this. I never gave dude enough credit honestly and now i feel.... sad.

God Knows riiiiiiiipppppps
Lmao his vocals make the band

My favorite EP ever. I've bumped it probably 150+ times now.
Absolutely! I think it's their best project so far and it definitely deserves a full EP reaction, being that short.
It's an amazing EP from start to finish. Such intensity and feeling of grief and loss
Good job lads
No1 on the Devils Dozen this week 🤟🏻🤟🏻🤟🏻
If you get a chance see this band live. They bring it
Can confirm saw em at Sonic temple, best pits of the weekend
Best band by far in modern hardcore/beatdown amazing live too.
Yeah I’m kind of obsession over these 2 songs. Amazing stuff! Now I need ‘knocked loose mfer’ on a shirt though…
As do I, man, as do I.
That was my first thought. Like I need this on a shirt immediately.

I like this song, Guided by the moon, Trapped in the grasp of a memory and Belleville by them the most. These dudes go hard AF
I’m surprised you guys haven’t checked these guys out😮 I freaking love this band!!!
Awesome video my guys
I saw these guys live at Knotfest. I’m 275lbs and I moved from the front to the middle of the crowd without moving my feet. Insane crowd! 🤘

Best throw down band since Danza.
New Rivers Of Nihil video too!
Best band I’ve heard in long ass time and I’ve been around since metal came in to existence
They never miss.
They absolutely tear it up live!
Burial in the Sky also uses sax and they are fantastic.

If you like these, you'd love their last EP, "A Tear in the Fabric of Life" it's easily their best project and it's super aggressive and dark sounding
we got a chance to see them live with Gojira and Alien Weaponry in Cleveland. We didn't know who they were but it was awesome.
Awesome reaction! I'd reccomend listening to "In The Walls" cause its scary as hell
I think Disturbed did the ARF ARF first? I graduated in 01’ so don’t judge me lol 😂 hardcore for me was Hatebreed, Swarn Enemy, and Madball!! Now we have these amazing mother truckers 😂
Hmm perhaps you're onto something. Disturbed did a lot of cool vocal things but were any really an Arf or a Blegh?🤔
What radio station is playing Knocked Loose???
One of the metal stations on Sirius XM
LFG!
Would love to see y’all’s reaction to the new Paleface
Thinking about the music video it gives me a horror Wes Anderson vibe
Ya it’s a Liquid Metal daily.
I'm uncertain if you are familiar with Kublai Khan, but they have a relatively new song called Theory of Mind and it is HEAVY should give it a listen if yous get the chance!! \m/

Please listen to “A tear in the fabric of life”
I was really digging this....and then the vocals hit.
Ugh
Music is awesome but the vocals lose me. Cant get a really angry Gilbert Gottfried out of my head..... But i will give them more listens nonetheless.
I like screams and growls, but that aint it. Got a headace now, lol. To each their own.
Oh no, one of those 😮😂
it's really not that bad lmfao
I’ve tried to like this band but the lead singers voice is awful imo….it feels
