Living alone diaries - finding joy again after grief | cafe hopping while exploring London 🍵 | ep.1

Hey Chi Squad!
I've been really struggling with dealing with grief and was in two minds about showing this side of my life. But this is my reality. I'm still learning to co-exist with grief, as it never really leaves you. Over time, I've realized that there is no timeline for how long you are meant to grieve. It takes time, and that's okay.
One thing my sister told me is to do things that make me happy, and slowly, I'll be able to get back into a routine. Something I really loved doing was going to cafes and working there for hours on end. I haven't really done that since leaving Korea, and it's something I'm trying to do more often now. I also loved exploring new places, and gradually getting back into that is inspiring this series - living alone in London as a 20-something-year-old, finding cafes to carry out my 9-5 Big 4 consulting job so I'm not stuck in my apartment and disassociating from the world.
This series is more than just a vlog-it's a coping mechanism and a safe space for me to grieve. I hope that by sharing my journey, it might help others who are going through similar struggles.
