I have related myself with this video cent percent. I can recollect when I could not clear NDA CDS even after giveing it 6 years one thing was common i was always very confident and little change i could do to myself to change the result.
However when i was low on the confidence i could prepare with much more focus and determination. I improved everyday and got 3 jobs within 2 years.

Dunning Kruger effect is to overestimate ability. Obviously, it comes from unnecessary admiration. It sometimes comes from self overestimating.
I suffered from this psychological disorder from 1986 to 2006.
IMPOSTER syndrome is exactly opposite of the Dunning Kruger effect. I suffered from Imposter syndrome from 2006 to 2022.
Now, I am able to understand my abilities very well.
When I was suffering from the Dunning Kruger effect, I had false confidence. I had little knowledge of English speaking.
When I studied my subject deeply, I lost my confidence and suffered from Imposter syndrome.
Now I am totally free from Dunning Kruger effect and Imposter syndrome.
