Standing desk all the way! Other than sitting to meditate and eat, I am on my feet all day. My back feels much better now than when I was sitting for work. I also only wear Xero shoes for outside the house, and lift barefoot at home. Those combined with strength training and mobility work corrected my back, hip and knee pains.

Finally, some movement I can do in my truck while I'm on the road all week. I like 90/90's when I'm home but don't have quite enough floor space in the truck. The only place I have enough space is on the bed, and I imagine it's not a good idea to do something like that on such a soft surface.
This is amazing!! My husband has really bad back issues that have been going on for awhile now as he slipped a disc in his back a few years ago. Interesting hearing about the glutes and core though as he has been told he has no glute muscles (he has no ass what so ever) and he needs to strengthen his core, he has naturally big quads though. His work is very active but then spends alot of time lying on the couch when home due to his back being sore. I would love to get him to try these exercise to see if they help as he has been going to a chiropractor for over 6 months now which doesn't seem to be helping anymore and he complains daily about his back hurting. How long do you hold each movement? For example for the cat/cow do you hold each position for 2-3 seconds before changing to the other position?
Can u pls do a video on ppl who incur coccyx injury due to falling on their buttocks ? Brushing the coccyx needs healing time and recovery and how to go about chainring their workout plan
So...I know my left QL is weak and tight. But if squats or deadlifts hurt my back it always flares up in my SI joint on the RIGHT. is there a connection there, and if so, why is in contralaterral?

For people switching to shoes like xero shoes the lems minimalist shoes have just a little bit of pad and a slightly stiffer bottom

My gym has a sled pull….for myself, I prefer heavy reverse sled pulls (walking backwards, facing the sled).
