I personally don’t think link monsters are necessary in the deck, maybe if they make a blue eyes specific card but giving up two blue eyes for proxy doesn’t seem worth it for me
As a Blue-eyes user, I like this build over the Chaos MAX build, and this deck is similar to my own. Now, I think Chaos MAX is a great card but I find that it needs quite a bit of resources to make it run smoothly.
I prefer running double Dragon Shrine to pitch both Dragon Spirit of White and White Stone of Legends, a single copy of Effect Veiler because she's searchable, and 2 Cards of Consonance for consistency. In the extra deck, I run Ancient Fairy Dragon to make Crystal Wing easier. I sometimes use Gofu for an easy Decode Talker.
I find pot if desires really usless in this deck and have never found a situation in which it would be usable and so would switch at least one of them for darkstorm dragon as its Gemini so treated as lvl 8 normal so you can go into all your regular plays yet have a card that can destroy all back row I also found thunder end useful for destroying all monsters then reviving the discarded back for a direct 6000 And why foolish burial and not a second dragon shrine is it for master eyes of blue?
Chaos max is extremely viable right now. The fact, that none of the engines isn't in here shows little testing. I understand there is a rush with the output of profiles but from galaxy, to invoked. Blue eyes needs an engine due to the brick and the deck has little to no negation. If Sam's deck faced a imperial order he's be stunned.
Nate Robinson I am inexperienced and still need to do plenty of play testing but from what I've done in games both at regionals and at locals. The chaos max variant of the deck is very effective. Due to the power ceiling and the resistance that chaos has alone it makes the deck much more aggressive with the only weaknesses being lightning, variants of mirror force and nontarget banishment. Which considering how easy it can be to simply destroy blue eyes repeatedly with board wipes and such the chaos max variant of the deck is much more versatile plus if your opponent goes for defensive plays they may discover that they are in much more of a dangerous situation by doing so.
Tom Hoggart simply because the way greater number that plays straight. That question is like why weren't the other types of zoo winning last season. Because straight blue eyes is the cheapest and most accessible.

A couple of issues: 1) you can't stop Melody with Ash Blossom because Melody brings 2 cards to the hand, and Ash Blossom can only stop a singular card coming to the hand 2) Hope Harbinger is not a "Galaxy-Eyes" Xyz monster, so how do you make both Cipher Blade and Dark Matter if you're only running 1 "Galaxy-Eyes" standard Xyz (ie: Cipher)? 3) although my absolute favourite card of the entire game, Stardust Dragon is useless in today's meta, especially with Drowning/Storming/Quaking Mirror Force being widely used. Furthermore, any deck that runs Crystal Wing needs Ancient Fairy Dragon; it's the only viable way to get Crystal Wing out in one turn without hoping Spirit or a random tuner will survive a turn.
I'll answer the 2nd Question Cipher is a unique card in the fact that if you take a Xyz monster, you can use it for your other Galaxy-Eyes Xyz. Blade can also simply just revive your Galaxy-Eyes Cipher and you can just use it for Dark Matter.

People focus to much on the 1 of soul charge plays in blue-eyes deck profiles ive seen lately lol; like if your gonna run crystal wing run ancient fairy dragon to get him or any other level 8 you want to go into easier. Just my opinion tho.
I would highly suggest switching the twin twisters out for denkou sekka. With paleozoic, true draco and trickstars running around its easier to just drop the sekka and go through your plays without interuption.
Serious question why not run 2 gofu for a free proxy into decode? It’s a one card combo so you can still get out 2 great extra deck monsters especially if you play the galaxy engine.

daffy fir I think you should go for Shaddoll as I haven't played spiritual beasts in a while and Nekroz might be good with a bit of Gishki monsters but since Shurit is banned the deck isn't as good as it once was. As for shaddoll why not sit on Winda with backrow full of floodgates and other board clearer like compulsory evacuation device or twin twister for back row , it might be good might be bad, you gotta test it man. Again it is up to your personal choice. just my opinion bro.

TSX1 man pure blue-eyes with the new link mechanic unless u run the goliath lock in ur main what are you really hoping to accomplish 1 rank 8 or 1 synchro with some beaters; unless you open up a soul charge thats not enough if you run a pure build you need to goliath lock heck a dude this past weekend ran pure blue eyes at a regional & finished 7th guess what he had in main the goliath lock. Me personally im running the ritual build of blue-eyes with a side decked goliath engine for when im forced or choice to go 1st. Anyway thats just my opinion & thoughts.
Serious question: Is there any real benefit to summoning Cipher Blade versus Full Armor Photon? They both are only able to activate on your turn, so neither are really a Drident-ish card. The only difference I see is Full Armor Photon is at 4K attack, versus Cipher Blade's 3500 attack.

It's essentially a draw card that can quickly get you to your combo pieces. The problem with people is that they don't know how to properly use the card, which is to search everything you can before using it to avoid banishing anything useful.
I dont think the links are good and they take some space I would prefere ancient fairy and my tech card omega since u can return the banished ancient that will be activated again during the end phase of your opponent , also omega comes back to the main monster zone so its for free Also i guess effect veiler instead of master is really amazing Try also playing dragon's bind , its vanity of the deck and very easy to get rid of

How do you summon stardust. Spirits effect can only summon light dragon type monsters. So I would just play the ancient fairy dragon instead.

if you play proxy dragons and decode talkers you HAVE to play blackwing-Gofu the Vague Shadow it is the one card decode talker

Denko eats your normal summon and thus makes your plays worse.
Vega n Altair When you're running it to literally lock out a specific type of deck...not an issue. Especially in a deck that primarily Special Summons

Yes though Crystron Needlefiber might arguably be the better option for Blue-Eyes to go to. Neither are expected until some point next year however.
