Michelle came to Dr Raman for a TMD evaluation and consultation. Dr Raman felt very confident that he could help her with her symptoms and get to the root of the cause. She then moved forward with a series of diagnostic testing.
Even an ‘educated guess by an expert’ is still just a guess. Treatment based on such guesses can and do lead to lack of results and even worsening of the condition. So the first step is the precise diagnosis of the alignment of the jaw when all the muscles of the jaw, face and neck are electronically relaxed and actually measured to be calm.
Once the correct jaw/neck alignment was determined, she was fitted with a fixed physiologic neuromuscular orthotic for 90 days. This is a reversible step. If the patient reports no symptom improvement, it can be removed. Even with a success rate of well over 90%, we still want to be certain that the symptoms resolve before doing any long term treatment.
Within 90 days Michelle reported a 100% improvement in her neck pain which was her top symptom. Brain fog and anxiety were 100% resolved, chewing pain was 98% resolved, and Constant headaches were 100% resolved.
She also noted that her balance and vertigo was much improved. She is enjoying her life and looking forward to take on new challenges.

I feel badly for those awful things that happened to you. I agree 💯 that past injuries are a big factor. However, I have to play with the cards at hand, to give the best possible outcome for my patients, right?

GET YOUR NECK AND SPINE CHECKED BY A CORRECTIVE CHIROPRACTOR. not just any chiro a corrective chiro. there is a difference. ive had most of these symptoms all of my life. spent the last 5 years studying and recently my pain and depression got so bad i realised i needed to go to the chiro. Ive had a 200% forward neck curve causing 60% of my spinal chord to have pressure on it. in the process of being corrected but relief after 1 visit

@@jspilly82 My life has been ruined because of this. I was diagnosed with major depression, general anxiety, I have brain fog, no ammount of sleep makes me feel energetic, I have huge muscular pains, frequent loss of balance, nausea. I have a horrible posture. Would go to a chiropractor here, in Romania, but I fear I would spend all my money for nothing because here there are little professionals that can help with this..
