this snake is from the amazon of brazil, unfortunately the trade is wiping out their habitat. these snakes are to be in high environments in the treetops in semiarid climate

Why is there a double thick floor panel on tha caging , is there routered in heat cable between on the floor ? I use the same square temp humidity gauges except I mount on inside and face cause they read with face influence it seems , but I do like the perches , been using Beech tree branches baked and cleaned for 2 years , gorgeous ladies , I’m just looking to always improve my keeping and caging

Double thick floor panel? Sorry not sure what you mean there? There are enclosures stacked on top of each other so there are two panels sitting on each other as you go up the enclosures, but again not sure if that is what you're talking about? The heat panels are on the ceiling of each enclosure connected to the thermostat for the set of enclosures. The temp/humidity gauge is a nice to have, but we use a separate thermostat to measure everything. The perches are not real tree branches, they are very natural looking perch system, created by Ron Rundo at Snake Scapes. Ron customizes every perch by hand, specific to the size of the terrarium and needs of the owner. The perches are made of epoxy resin, painted with acrylic paint then coated with semi-gloss polyurethane for durability.
