I work at a detailing place, we have 4 people and we finish each car in under 2-3 hours depending on how bad it is. Definitely could go faster in my opinion but when I did it solo it took me 6-8 hours
Dylan Roberts it really all just depends on where you live and what all you decide to have done to your vehicle. For me I’m just starting out so I don’t charge too much but I do charge enough that my customers know I’m not just a car washer that I actually put in the effort of a full detail. For the 8 hour detail I believe it was $175 which is $25 an hour so not too bad for a day of work. However I have done 12 to 15 hour details for anywhere from $300 to $400. And I always ask if the customer wants their engine bay detailed which I charge $50 for. This past weekend I detailed 4 cars that have been very well maintained so they only need an exterior wash and vacuum and wipe down and that job was $300. So $75 per car for 6 hours of work. All in all it really just depends on what the customer wants done and what they are willing to pay. Hope this info helped or was what you were looking for. 😁👍🏻

GROSS
not calling any detailers out but you have intelligence and quality. can’t believe people are out here trying to mimic what you do. each time i see your videos i appreciate your interest and effort.
Nice, nice nice. The lily Brush is the best tip I've seen in years. Awesome. The two best parts: The Vaccum debris and the dirty water from the seats and carpet... Thank you for sharing.
Omg I haven't watched the. Detail geek in sooo long now it feels soo good to be back
I was vacuuming my car the other day and there was some dirt that wouldn't come up and I thought "I need a drill brush to agitate this" 😂😂😂
Make sure it comes back for a second detail I'd love to see it restored
I loved this transformation... I used to wash cars some years ago, it was fun to get to work on different cars (although I didn't have the fancy garage and the cool tools you have, it was pure elbow grease, working under the sunlight, and carrying my vac and bucket with soap and rags on my ol' 1992 Ford Tempo... great memories...). Keep it up!!
I randomly found this channel a couple weeks ago and have been watching A LOT of videos during quarantine, not only is watching these satisfying, but... I mean guys... look at him... how could I NOT enjoy watching these.

I loved the Chevy farm truck detailing, it’s my favorite.
That truck is in very good condition considering it’s 25 years old , definitely worth a special clean . This guy is a genius . 🇬🇧
Nice one, you are very privileged to do work like that. It's so satisfying to make something that has been neglected look like it's loved.
Well done and stay safe.
Mayby you can ask the Owner to show this car when it al set and done with the rust and paintjob ? Nice old Truck !
I might as well start my Friday off with my favorite detailer cleaning this truck to perfection. Love your videos man!
Thanks Justin!
@@TheDetailGeek You're welcome man! Keep it up! :)
Beautiful job as always! Love the vacuum dump, the extraction and the slow-mo tire shot. Thank you for changing the music. Was starting to get boring. And what a cute back story. Seriously where do I send my fan-mail. I love how you don’t push the advertising on the T-shirts. You just wear it. Although it might be nice to have a hat with the logo on it. Keep up the good work. Sad there was no Mike but I’ll forgive you since you spent 12 hours on this labor of love.
Amazing transformation. Great job bringing beauti back to this amazing truck. My favorite year squarebody, I love the chevrolet one even more
I really like it when you start cleaning the carpet and the interior .. like one therapy ... ❤❤
I swear you make these cars look nicer than I make my 2019 look :( :( Just joking, with all the stuff I absorb from watching, i'm a detail geek JR now and she looks fresh all the time :P
Love your videos!
