That is a great way to put it. They are not rejecting you, but the energy flowing through you at that moment. It is not only true, but also empowering.

Wow. Thank you for highlighting that. Thinking about it that way is a paradigm shifter

You're still refining your skill of getting people out of their heads with your suggested practice techniques. Super cool

This guy is legit. Not only am I approaching a lot more women than I used to I also find a lot more people approaching me. There is something special about the processes and meditations this guy teaches

True. The secret lies in letting go of the negative emotions(even positive ones) that we build up during our life to become free

When I saw this a couple days ago, I was skeptical thinking "i talk to myself in my head all day as is, whats the difference doing it outloud" but tried it anyways while in the car driving to social events. It really worked! Looking forward to doing it more.

This is a really helpful exercise to take it up a notch you can record yourself and go back and watch it this would really help with ironing out some of that anxiety

Anticipatory Anxiety. Anxiety anytype is normal but for me I wasn't aware enough to control it. And most of the time it's triggered by thoughts. Thoughts that are in the future. Such as what if, what if this goes wrong, what if she rejects me and then those thoughts trigger Anxiety in my body. And I found out that this kind if Anxiety is called anticipatory anxiety. So right now am working on becoming more aware of those thoughts. And pulling my self back in the now the moment at hand. Cause those thoughts are in the future and not In the present moment. Like you said, " We are like water moving in a stream the water 💦 is never at the same point ". Cheers 🥂 ❤

Hi Brian, thanks for the video. In doing these practices I feel self rejecting myself. I feel that very strong feeling. Do you have any tips for release or reveal selfrejection or identify it?? I really feel this stopping me from achieving the best on my life. Thanks cheers from Italy!

How do i relax my body more throughout my day? I have a very physical job as a heavy duty mechanic I find myself tense throughout the day and get more so when i get off and it affects me and my relationships with others. I do a 10-20 minute release every morning before i drive to work and it helps for an hour or so, then i start to tense again i cant stop to take breaks to release during the day I am constantly working on things.

In the first stage I noticed I can’t talk about anything else than myself should I force myself to talk about the environment?

The main goal is to work with the "things" that ewoke strong emotions in you and keep you from being emotionally free. Women do that for many..
