I think there’s another really important topic: masculine energy. I used to think I had cut the umbilical cord long ago, both emotionally and psychologically, as I’ve always been very independent. But recently, I realized how much of that dependency was still there, especially in subtle ways. Reclaiming our masculine energy and letting go of the “protection” from the feminine (cutting cords from our mothers) is, in my opinion, one of the most important steps we can take. I’m going through this process now, and I can see how much it’s transforming my internal reality.

What are practical steps you are taking to do this?

@ I attend family constellations workshops. You can learn more about them by watching Another Self; it portrays the process quite accurately. I’ve heard that Teal Swan has a similar method called Ancestral Healing, but it’s designed for individual work. I haven’t tried it, though. You can also look for another tools connected to masculine energy.
Family constellations change your perspective on a deep, emotional level. Often, you may understand something logically but not feel it emotionally. The outcome is a shift in perspective. For example, I used to see my mum as this flawless, amazing person incapable of doing anything wrong, even though, logically, I knew she was just human. At the same time, I hated my dad because I viewed him through my mum’s lens she blamed him for everything.
Now, I see my dad as a tired man who managed to achieve quite a lot despite having a partner (my mum) who constantly criticized him. I still love her, though.
This shift also impacts your sense of comfort in life. Suddenly, you may feel less desperate for a partner, experiencing a strange sense of support and calmness within yourself. There’s still a lot of work for me to do, but I take small steps every day. Of course, releasing emotions (what I call “acceptance of all emotions”) is a crucial part of this journey.

@ ArkadiuszKedziora Stepping into tension is masculine energy. What you are currently in the process of doing is stepping into tension. Which happens to be masculine energy

@@rippedup4546 Not only, the Masculine quite broad, I also find a lot of calmness in it. Since I started opening up to it, I’ve felt a sense of support, it’s hard to describe, but it’s like feeling you can rely on someone, even though it’s not tied to a specific person. In fact, it makes facing tension easier. In addition Teal Swan often mentions the idea of containment (masculine trait) being necessary for the Feminine to grow. To me, this doesn’t feel like tension; it feels more like a need to provide protection.

Love your work Brian! You’re one of the rare few who goes very in depth on how to make change. Can you please make a video on attachment styles, I struggle with the feelings associated with anxious attachment and sometimes avoidant. I know it’s stems from childhood and been reading books and doing inner work to heal it. But I still get this intense gut/stomach feeling of wanting and unease. Funny thing is I’m not in a relationship with this woman but we have slept together and shared deep conversations. She’s very supportive/present/nurturing and I think my mind latches on to that more since I didn’t have that growing up. I also practiced being vulnerable like you say in your videos and it worked very well and she opened up more.
I definitely want to meet you and the team one day and attend a workshop, you guys are doing amazing work. Thank you

Thanks for another gem of a video @Brian, this one addresses so many critical things I feel I have to work on on my path to success. Especially the play between tension and intension.
And looking forward to your future work. All the best to you and @Dave.

hi is it possible with the letting go technique to completely get rid of social anxieties and fears or they will always be there at some level and you can just manage them much better?

I like these videos. Trust me. But the videos that seemed to do better were those with live demonstrations and tension exercises with women. But i think these are the best kinds of videos, ones that teach true growth. Thanks for this video🫡
