Yes she did convert to Islam at 21 but she is slowly moving back out of the traditional Hijab or headscarf wearing? Soo I don’t think this is an accurate description of her at the moment. She has been quoted on TV saying that Hijab is a cultural association with Muslims women ! So I’m a-bit confused as to where she stands now as she has gained a lot of attention from MSM.

My heart aches when i see those old pictures of Dr Myriam with Hijab. She looked very different than today. As i have searched moments ago, this lady had became a muslim many years ago as there is a video in youtube which she said in it while wearing the so called "Hijab" (which i don't believe it is the right cloth to call it hijab) that she converted to islam 7 years ago (from the date of recording the video probably), her conversion was nearly 15 years ago if we say the video is 8 years old. Then i have seen her in other videos without Hijab unfortunately. So my question is what is new about her conversion or the video is throwback to the past?!.
