Great video. We've been to Beloved 3 times, and we got married there, too. After seeing your video just now, we made our reservations 😊. It's an awesome place. We've tried other places, but keep on coming back to Beloved

We are debating going in November. Is the water and beach here dirty or full of seaweed? Did you have any difficulty making reservations on property or get bored of the food or get the stomach flu from eating or drinking on property? How long of a walk is it to your room? How well did the AC work? I like a cold room to sleep in, 67F, ideally. Is the water pressure low, any limited hot water issues, and how well does the wifi work? Are the pools heated? Of tne two resorts which would you choose to stay at if you had to pick one?

OMG!! You all remind me of “us!” We went to excellence in Punta Cana and it just wasn’t my level of elevation that I liked so I shared my thoughts with the manager and he gave me a two free night stay at any of the resorts and I wanted to go to Playa Mujeres excellence, however, after watching your video on the beloved you have us sold on beloved we are definitely going to beloved in March hands-down and I cannot wait as a matter of fact we will probably go every year if it’s as good as it you made it seem so thank you you have made up our mind. We cannot wait to go and be mind blown where we like laid-back we like high-quality we like to be pampered and we don’t mind paying a little extra for it so thanks for this it really help to solidify what we’re going to do, so thanks again! BTW I’m a huge whisky girl too!! I cannot get enough of the bourbon trail and I LOOOOOVE me a goof ole fashioned 🥃

Great video once again!Totally worth watching it! We love all Excellence resorts, have been vacationing for almost 20 years now! Great idea about staying at a hotel by the airport! What hotel did you stay at? Also, how are you able to secure the Imperial Suite? Every time we try to book it for May, it's sold out!

This was Delta first class. You will LOVE Beloved. It is truly heaven.

Do you know if they are doing any renovation at Beloved? We’re going in December 2024. Also, I heard the breakfast that’s near the beach only serves breakfast on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday. We really don’t like to eat at the buffet for breakfast. Usually don’t like to order room service either, a little disappointed that they don’t have breakfast by the beach every single morning. Do you know if they have lunch there every day? Is it open? Love the video and love watching you too together you guys look so happy.
We are going down there on 29 November to about 6 December and we were kind of curious on the seaweed situation and it looks amazing there it's our five year anniversary and we can't wait. Please get back with us. My name is Rich. My wife's name is Don we really like your videos.
We had no issues with seaweed. It seems to really be blocked by Isla Mujeres.
You may see a bit here and there- but nothing like Playa Del Carmen.

Are you doing EPM or Beloved or the split stay again? We have beloved this Sept, EPM next April, and Beloved early Oct 24, but are trying to decide where and when June/July

Curious about staying at the airport hotel at arrival and before departure? What is the main reason? And did I hear you say it is included?
We fly in the day before we check on for multiple reasons. The biggest one is you can’t predict delays. If we arrive the day before check in, we can get to the hotel first thing the next morning. We feel rested and not rushed. We stay the night before we depart so we don’t have to leave the resort so early for our flight. Transfers typically want to pick you up 4 hours before your flight. That just takes away from your vacation, so we like to fly home the next morning first thing.
The airport hotel is not included- what we mentioned was breakfast at the airport hotel is included with your hotel stay. We always stay at the Hilton.
Very nice quality video photos what kind of cameras use?
Thank you so very much. This was solely filmed on a Go Pro 10 and photos from our phones-iPhone 11. The drone footage is filmed on our DJI Mini Pro 3. We actually just bought a new camera for next time- and can not wait to see how it turns out. We had many bugs on the Go Pro 10 and lost a ton of footage. We will be picking up the Go Pro 12 when it comes out next month.

I’m going in August for 7 days at Beloved but I want to split now. How many days would you suggest staying at Beloved cause I like a lively crowd.
@@HangingoutwithStephanie Beloved is definitely more of a relaxed crowd. We could be there for months. Haha. But- if doing a split stay, and only 7 days- I’d do 4 EPM and 3 Beloved. Moving day can be a pain as you’re without a room for the whole day- but you have access to both resorts all day.

We recently got back from EPC and the beach was beautiful, but the water was not, very rough and not turquoise
Wondering if the EPM was the same?
We r beach peeps and want swim able waters and the breathtaking color turquoise

The beach here is spectacular. No/to minimal seaweed. Isla Mujeres blocks most of it.

Im pretty sure that my wife and I are going to book for next year, probably the last week of October. We wont do a split stay, but will do only Beloved since we didnt really have a honeymoon.....

I have looked at numerous other resorts, but for some reason we keep coming back to this one as THE option for next year. Thank ya'll so much for this content. We are looking at a possible split stay with Beloved and Atelier for our trip next summer. (We just returned from Atelier, but had the chance to pop in Beloved for a little tour and LOVED it!) So here's my question!! Did you like starting off with the more chill experience of Beloved and then moving to the more lively experience at EPM, or would you consider the other way around next time? I'm really torn on this!
Also, I've been there when it comes to the IS double booking- and that was 3 years ago- shame it still happens. In our case, we got the room, but that meant someone else didn't. It looks like it worked out for you all in the end though, and allowed you to discover something else you loved!
We really did enjoy staying at Beloved first. We always need a few days to sort of get in the groove of relaxing, and Beloved fit the bill for that. Going forward, that is how we will always book our split stays.
Great videos! Have watched them all. Thinking of booking EPM for the first time. Love the idea of flying in a day early! Question - can the free EPM transfer still be used coming from the Hilton to EMP or did you have to book that separately? Keep up the great work!
Seasons will pick you up wherever you tell them to! It is so great staying the night before.

That’s a really hard question. Both are amazing at what the offer. It really depends on what you’re looking for in a vacation. I mean- I can’t choose which kid is my favorite, there’s no way I can choose which property is my favorite. 🤣😂🤪 For a quiet, peaceful, romantic vacation- Beloved. For the nightlife, meeting new people and such, Excellence. We will always do both as a split stay. We just love them both.

It’s so so- you are able to upgrade to paid bottles- but we mostly stuck to mixed or whiskey. 🥃

Unfortunately I didn't choose either. I went with Atelier. It was very nice but the beach and pool chair game was ridiculous. So next up, BELOVED. Back to our original plan.

Just booked a week in june after watching your video. Only standard rooms available unfortunately. How would you rate the food, drinks and service against epm?
Ooh!! We will be there in June too! June 1-8, then EPM 8-14! We found the food to be better than EPM. Drinks, very much the same. Service- topped EPM!

We found epm a little rushed and loud after visiting erc earlier last year, hence our interest in beloved this year. We get 1 meal at epm and that will definitely be basmatti, best Indian food we've had outside the uk

Oh man- that’s a hard one. I think it really depends on what you are looking for. We loved Beloved’s vibe. The evenings are beautiful and so elegant. The food is beyond amazing and the attention to detail can’t be topped. Excellence is much larger, but still has phenomenal customer service. The evening vibe is definitely more lively- most nights we didn’t get to bed until well after 1am. 🤣. Both share the same beach, which is beautiful. We will likely always do a split stay with Beloved first then EPM to finish our vacation. You honestly can’t go wrong with either. They both have their place- it’s like deciding who’s your favorite child. 🤣😂

Is there an Excellence club that you joined or is it included with certain types of rooms?
It's a room type when you book.
What time of year is this trip? The resorts are so empty. Our daughter is getting married at Excellence in Feb 2025, so I was wondering what time of year it was.
We were there in the early June. Excellence was packed- far busier than we have seen it before. Beloved is much smaller, so it seems more empty- but both were full capacity.
