I was going to cut my hair like an inch short for the sake of easier maintenance. But after seeing this, I may as well try this out. Let's see how this turns out!
The people who have experienced dryness after using this remedy should always deep condition their hair either before or after using the rice water. You can use yogurt and fenugreek seed mask for your hair or any other deep conditioning mask would also do. But if you keep on using rice water without deep conditioning then your hair will become brittle that is because your hair already has lot of protein and using rice water adds on top of it. I would suggest you to use rice water once or twice a month because it is a really strong protein treatment. I do the same for myself. Good luck to you 😊
@@yasharahucp6764 soak 2-3 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds overnight in warm water. Next morning simmer the seeds for five minutes on low flame. Let it cool down. Now grind the seeds using the grinder while adding olive oil and the water in which the seeds were soaked. Grind it till the mixture becomes soft and smooth. This way the seeds won't get stuck in hair. Then add two to three spoons of yogurt to it and mix well. You can also add a tablespoon of honey to it if you want. Apply it on your scalp as well as the lengths. You can use it every weekend to get good results. Let the hair mask sit for at least one and a half hours. The ratio of the seeds and yogurt can change according to the length of your hair. All the best and god bless you 😊

I wear my hair in a protective style (extensions), and when I take it down after day 7 to wash, my hair is super soft and manageable. I get about 1 inch the week I do the treatment and 1 inch the week following. So 2 accelerated inches per month. I have naturally kinky hair btw and high porosity.

Hi Doro, wow your hair is truly gorgeous, I am in my mid 60s, with thinning hair caused by menopause, I will try this recipe to help my hair, keep fingers crossed!! Love and best wishes from lockdown London.xxx
Rice water is very good for your hair, but it is enough to put it once a month because applying it to the hair many times in a row will cause hair to dry out and breakage.
My hair was once as pretty as yours. Long, black, shiny, bouncy...not until I started not to take care of myself due to a depressive period. Then I saw the YAO women documentary, I told my mom about it cuz I kinda doubted it was because of the rice watee and rather thought it was because they did not use chemicals in their hair. Turns out my great grandma who grew up in Macao did this technique too.
I have thick hair and a tip to dry it faster is to flip it. Like, bend over so your hair is dangling under your head then flip it back up. I don't know what made me describe in detail but yeah. I flip it after brushing my hair and It dries quickly.. Not to hard or too many times though, You'll get a headache.
He perdido tiempo 2 días viendo videos acerca de esto y me he quejado con el Señor 🙏🏼😩 porqué no vi tu video de primero?! Me gustó que explicaste todo súper sencillo y directo al grano. You’re hilarious 😂😂😂 “the police: my husband” 😂😂😂

y'all she is not joking when she says it smells like puke. i am bent over the bathtub with the water in my hair and i got vaporub all around my nose. do not cut out the grapefruit peels.
Doro Cubillo It's amazing how my hair is type 4a low porosity and I'm able to use rice water on my hair 2-3 times a week with a moisturizing product and it grew from chin length to collarbone length for 5 months. Good job for recommending this!
Have you try roasted hazelnut oil ?? It's smell very good. Just used 3x for a week. At first week, and continue just used 1x for a week. Wait until 30 minute and then rise with shampoo that you usely use, until It's clean. You Will get the result very instant. You Will have a very healthy hair scalp, soft and shining hair. We Indonesian people still use it until now.
another way to do rice water without ur hair breaking and drying at the ends is straining he rice water out it in a spray bottle section you hair and only apply to routs and the wet will drip down a bit but not all the way to ur ends for your ends but in any oil like caster oil coconut oil aragon oil either one and then let it sit for a while this will stop your ends from drying out and breaking
Tip 1: if you don’t like the smell of the rice water you can add some natural oils for you hair if you would like! Tip 2: if you leave the rice water for ty king it will get moody and won’t be as good! Tip 3: don’t expect results straight away let it do it’s work and be patient! Tip 4: remember to massage your head when it’s in your hair try not to do many circular motions! Hope this helps! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Rice water has done my hair wonders!!! Best thing you can do for your hair. I did 3 bleach baths on my hair because a hair dresses messed my hair up when I went from blonde to brown. Week 4 of lockdown I cut my hair where it touched the top of my shoulders. I started using fermented rice water and roots started growing out so fast. My hair is in line with my armpit atm. As soon as my roots have grown out to a decent Lenght, I'll cut the rest of the damage off.
That seems uncomplicated. I cook rice every other day so I have rice water… this will be a good use of the water. I wonder how it will work out for me.

really?? 😮 i want to do this to my hair so badly. did you follow her recipe or your own??
I love that you keep looking out the window because I know exactly where that is and it amazes me that for the first time I’m watching a TH-cam that actually lives in my area and I’m loving it and I’m living for it and I love your ducking energy and you’re absolutely beautiful 🤩
I always spray my hair with rice water and I love it! It def help it get long quick and gives it volume and shine.
Hi please can u tell me how to use it before shower?
Your hair is very, very beautiful. People who have a smooth hair are the luckiest😍❤️
Good luck to you 😊
How to make yogurt and fenugreek mask ??
All the best and god bless you 😊
Thankyou sooooo much 👍

Yao women technically use some type of shampoo : they put mulberry roots in the mixture, and mulberry root act as a surfactant
Honestly I think your hair is beautiful and healthy already prior to the treatment. : )
I do it for 7 days once I month, and don’t wash it out until the 8th day ( day following the last treatment).

Hey love ❤️ sending you all the love and many positive vibes on your way. Stay strong 😘 I believe in you ✨
There's no way I could do this everyday for a week. It literally takes at least 2 days for my hair to fully dry 🙄

Awesome 💗 thanks for the amazing tip 😊
Tip 1: if you don’t like the smell of the rice water you can add some natural oils for you hair if you would like!
Tip 2: if you leave the rice water for ty king it will get moody and won’t be as good!
Tip 3: don’t expect results straight away let it do it’s work and be patient!
Tip 4: remember to massage your head when it’s in your hair try not to do many circular motions!
Hope this helps! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Explain tip 2
Ig I’m the only one who actually loves my hair. It’s curly thick and hard to brush some days but I love it . I don’t see the appeal with straight hair. Girls who have curly hair are blessed. Don’t wish it to be straight.
Based on my experience, i have natural curls but it's not very defined, after using rice water it became much more curlier and longer

That’s awesome! 🥰
