I think he needs to make he cover separately , painted then put on. It makes sure all painted to anti corrosion include in the chassis

Being a retired mechanical engineer I admire this mans work, but I have a comment to make, the stub axles on the front are each on the wrong side, the steering arms should face the rear and the steering rack fitted behind the front axle line. With this set up the way it is you do not get the correct geometry as you turn, the wheel on the inside of the turn must turn at a sharper radius than the outside wheel otherwise the tyres will scrub out. It is called the AKERMANN PRINCIPAL of STEERING.
Have no mechanical engineering background.
But do you think it is better to build the streering like in motorcycles for engineering newbies ??
Since I think there function and handling are easier to control than a car steering method.
I think the man behind this Channel just realized his imagination. Maybe a little knowledge is enough for him to pumped up and start his project. Of course, mistakes always have a room, but he'll figure it out along his journey. What i admired the most about these people, is that they really created the most out of their very small knowledge about things. Guess what, when checked the statistics, his making over a 150 dollars a day with this channel alone, not including his other channels. He has a total revenue of almost 5,000 dollars a month(estimated). How about his other channels? Well, what can i say? I think its more like building your dreams with a few, than have a plenty and just sitting down,observing others work, and comment. This kind videos is not just for us to learn, but to influence us to make more and give room for more. Dont focus on mistakes. For example, the car his making? We know it will not last for long. But the money from youtube he us getting, make him buy branded cars, and expensive ones. Kodus to Mr. @Bob W , please dont get me wrong i think what you said is very important, considering your expertise, but not like others that gave their own comment, you admire this guy, and gave him very important pointers. Even i am was undoubtedly shocked that theres a mistake with this video. please keep helping others like this guy.
