That looks... both fun and utterly terrifying! The welding was... functional, but the front and rear hub shafts clearly showed they weren't up to the task at the end with their buckling as badly as they did, welding those bearings to the body was just crazy, you had a lathe there, so why didn't you turn a length of pipe to accept the bearings and do that properly? Finally, the way that front wheel sticks so far forward of the turning point made it look excessively unstable... Fun to ride? definitely. Safe? NOPE!
Man that thing looks like fun!! The front tire is too far out though. Makes the bike want to fall into turns. See if you can find the 90cc version of that engine and put exhaust on it. I want to ride! Keep learning and keep building!
one thing you need to do to get nice looking welds : make the parts verry clean , no rust or paint and wipe down with acethone , you be supprized how mush difference that makes on youre welds the way you made the frontfork puts the wheel at a too big angle from the hing / turn point of the steering . you could make the downpipe bend more toward the motor and have the axle of the wheel in line with the turnpoint , will make the steering a lot lighter and doesnt give the feeling that the bike only wants to drive straight ahead the jackshaft is a good idea but placing it under the hinge of the rearfork will cause the chain to tension as the bike sags down
All in all you have to give this guy credit take a look at where he’s at what he’s working with in my eyes this guy could’ve been one of A great engineer
You guys should really learn how to weld, maybe watch some videos on TH-cam that will help you better understand what you doing, because those welds are horrible, not only that, you're not using the filler rod properly when you TIG weld! Lol But good ideas!
It's not a good idea... Swing arm needs stability and the drive chain might tangled with it's swing arm.. front wheel must be smaller than the rear wheel so it's easy to balance and to do the turns... However,,,, you guys are are creative...
Bigger CC engine and forget the mono forks and swing arm. Off road tyres. Bigger seat. LCD Lights and digital speedometer. Brakes. Between legs fuel tank. High exhaust. Mudguards. Front & rear racks. Repaint it red. Basically throw it away and get a honda trail bike.... Or surprise us in the next video....
I just watched this to the end to see what gives up first, the overly elongated axles or the fork. I also knew the chain will make problems. At this speed it might work, at any higher speed the constant change in chain-tension will either cause the chain to jump out or rip.....the suspensions are not....how do I say that...very sophisticated
Good idea But rong way of doing it and single sided is always hard to do . Try a bigger swing arm of a 600cc or bigger for the size of wheel and make bigger triple trees for front
The work is dirty because the old motor body has not been cleaned and all traces of "welding" are not smoothed. There is no art and no class because it is so original.
A very good idea.. But for sure u gonna learn a lot with that project.. The convertion, the extension of the front wheel from the center, the rear shock absorver position, welding procedure, the thickness of the tubular you used, welding with the bearings... Anyway sir still a good concept of modification..
👍Fantastic welding skills! 🤣
LOL
Haha
maestros artesanos 🤣
Gpood
I’ve seen a lot of these type of videos... I would have to say this one was a epic fail.
@CruzRedEye probably better then this one
I agree, you know anything about torque vs stress you would the welds will snap sooner than later.
I wouldn't bother with this Ogre its a trash .....waist of time and space
great motorcycle, you did a great job.
It's good that the workers where wearing their safety Steel toe flip-flops.
😂😂😂😂

Awesome Welding... LOOOOL

Glass tig amazing skill😎👏👏🤣🤣🤣
You're the cleverest 😃 good luck
This is very entertaining and so fun to see the man try so hard to control that *Monster Bike*
Project “FAIL" 😂
cool bike you guys got style and talent great video 💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎💎😎✌️
Ổng chạy nhìn mắt gầu quá 😂🤣
first i though this is foreigner built. but after i look at license plate.. ភព២ hahaha the best
A nice work for modified skill
Took a perfectley good bike and transformed it into something unrideable .Well done ;-).
Creatif and fantastic
Sandals open fly wheel and chains, sounds like a good idea
Tôi lậy ông máy Hàn đầy đủ toàn hàng xịn vậy mà hàn như bò gặp cỏ😂

Great video👍👍
wahh keren sekali, sukses selalu 🤗👍
That thing sounds like it should be blowing bubbles.
Indians are very creative indeed lol
Creapy wkwk pro arm 🤣🤣🤣
Ain't gonna watch the whole thing, but starting the video with the acoustic knockoff version of " I used to love her" by GNR was a nice touch.🤘

guys, to be honest, this was so bad ingeneering i had to watch until the end 😂😂😂
it's a cool project it's interesting, it was just poorly designed
Some kind of brake would be a bonus.
Nice and powerless.
It wont last long but gud work guys

That's the bubbliest motor I have heard in my life 😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Perfect
That's a death trap but I appreciate every build tho
Why's it sound like Willy Wonka boat in the chocolate River? Also. The geometry on that steering is wild.
Not what i expect when i see the begining and the end, sound like duck 😂🤣🤣
You get better at welding and things will be better for you I can promise you that for sure
1:00:00 Best bike in the video. Honda Grom in the back.
Buena idea, mal ejecutada... Muy mal ejecutada jajajaja
try changing the gearing to make it faster good luck :]
Good little sheep wearing there masks.

great wheel construction 🤣
respect the creativity. but it just hurts my pride as a welder. should learn to weld more. then can proceed to weld for quality and safety.

Yes thank you bro

Well it looks cool….
COOL
very beautiful. i want to make one for my own now.
osum!!!
I would never trust those welds. Cool factor but the welding is too scary to ride
Looks like it's gonna fall apart at any moment.
I don expect you to hav engineering sense but at least some common one, thanks for the effort anyway
modification is not for daily. when crossing a damaged road, the frame must be broken. also looks unstable when driving.
Is it just me or where’s the brakes 🤷♂️ how they stopping it 🤣balls steal to ride that lol
Bigger CC engine and forget the mono forks and swing arm. Off road tyres. Bigger seat. LCD Lights and digital speedometer. Brakes. Between legs fuel tank. High exhaust. Mudguards. Front & rear racks.
Sorry but cyberpunk wish Edition 🤣
You should be cleaning everything if your going to tig.
A lot of work for something that's not going to last. The frame is flexing every time they turn it.
Peanut butter welders

Watching the suspension part actually baffled me!
You can literally see it bending more and more out of shape as they are riding it , why they went for single sided swing arms I have no idea 😂
)c
Nice project guys. Looks like a lot of fun. Maybe a little work on the front end for better steering. Real good job. Cool bike!
All good but shock absorber on front suspension arm needs to be at least with plastic sleeve or ball bearing not metal in metal.
Have someone teach you how to TIG weld. You can teach yourself but you will like it better if someone that can TIG weld teaches you.
A very good idea.. But for sure u gonna learn a lot with that project.. The convertion, the extension of the front wheel from the center, the rear shock absorver position, welding procedure, the thickness of the tubular you used, welding with the bearings... 39.52 that sprocket will last 100 miles 😂😂😂
Rip welding skill hahaha
the best machine to lost ur legs for a coupple of weeks
Fail but cool
Joy mai yaaa, that shits gonna twist any second, needs a redesign & another builder 😅
I am not a welder but ...this is kinda scary looking ...
