hi my name is ed wilkerson i have worked out at your gym several times , I'm the guy from vancouver, for a complete russian arm series check out sergei bryzgalov on his russian ties and under hook series , old school but still the best school for this tie up, i use this a lot and it confuses a lot of people in my gym up here. Fantastic video by the way keep these up use some of this technique when teaching my kids wrestling program....
