I love the twister but there is one basic error in the delivery of this technique. The legs should not be extended, as in the lockdown position, as it gives an escape route. Triangle the legs instead. Hope this helps.
It's so crazy to see my cousin get beat when I always believed him to be unbeatable on the ground. My biggest inspiration for BJJ and I'm glad I'm working to save money to learn by his side.
Love the no-gi stuff. I think the kind of people that are prone to assault others enjoy being shirtless or wear "wife beaters" that give you little to work with. Gi is important too, though... ;)
