Haha thank you Pablo and I very much agree with you - that ghostbusters theme was only used for making this tongue in cheek tacky intro to this particular tournament. I’ll use the other more ambient music in the videos in general and no ghostbusters theme 👍😊
Yes bad combination for him to draw a bit too little mana while I draw quite a bit of early land destruction. I’m glad you still enjoyed the show though :D
Composition A is such a strong deck. It feels resillient against most decks, and rarely just folds flat out. Could it be as good as the deck or in that league? I hope you will battle Brian Weismann one day.
Too kind Sven :) thank you! Though the matchup against the deck is not a particularly good matchup for the composition A at the moment. It’s not impossible to win at all but its an uphill thing compared with many other matchups I’ve experienced so far. I’ll touch on why I think that is once we get to the videos. There are a couple of different versions of the deck at this tournament so I’m bound to butt heads with the archetype :) it’s definitely at matchup I need to tweak sb for.
Ah yes we need to setup a date and time. where do you live? - just so we know the time difference compared with Denmark. :) I don’t know what time it is at your place when it’s evening here. I have the day off Wednesday the 22 - so unless my wife already has the entire day booked for us (lord) I should be able to find a window that might suit you as well in spite of the time difference.
The land destruction was kinda brutal, so the Lure of the Land deck wasn't able to unfold its power. But yeah, it really seems to spicy for a "hardcore tournament". I would rather go with the normal Living Plane Deck, if heading for wins. I appreciate however that the player goes more for style/spicy rather than wins. It would be kinda boring, when only facing Tier 1 Decks all the time.
Yes actually I think he did ok even in this tournament. Sadly we never got to see him unfold it here bcs of his starved mana situation and me being a right bastard and lucky with my draws.
Hi Ak. Thanks for the kind words. :) I use a deck tower thats usually used for 100-cards commander. The sideboard and some sleeves for filling in a regulær deck tower. Nice and secure.
