So, I don't have too many hours on RL, about 150 hours, but in that amount of time I've never been harassed. I play a multitude of online games. CSGO is probably the most toxic, but I wouldn't really say that it's toxic because of my gender, I think the game is toxic regardless of me being a female. This article is based more on rantings than actual data. I've only ever encountered harassment maybe once in my 9+ years of online gaming. People need to realize that the harassment they get isnt because you're a female, but because the people are just toxic assholes, and will be assholes no matter what. Jeez.
