Not that it sheds any light on the models but my AB Texas Special set has a single motored A unit and the B unit matches yours with the solid base plus writing, it doesn’t have the number stamped underneath so yet another variant, love the videos from over here in the UK
Hey good to hear from you. Yes looks like something new. But so many people have fooled around with the trains over the years, In my opinion I really do think that things just get switched around and never get back to where they really do belong .....???? IDK Please do stay in touch , Thanks
