    Hi Joey. I always enjoy your videos and will check out your other channel and your sisters. I’ve never tried a MM maybe because I’ve looked at it as being too big of a challenge when it really is not. My fear of not being satisfied with the same starch at every meal so why try sounds ridiculous as I type it. I’m going to mentally prepare for the next MM and just do it.

    Hi Joey! Great video!! Do you encourage weighing yourself at the beginning and end of a Mary’s Mini? Just to see, out of curiosity,how you did weight wise.

    I’m trying to remember - in terms of sauces and dressings, what’s allowed on a Mini? For example, if on a rice mini I do spring rolls with rice wrappers and rice noodles then fill with veggies, can I do a PB2-based dipping sauce?

      No, You have to avoid all sources of fat on the Mini and while the PB2 has reduced fat, it is still fat. You would need to come up with some sort of sriracha sauce or something.

    I'm just gonna eat my favorite starch (pasta) on repeat for the next month and see what the results are. Actually thinking spaghetti and tomato sauce with the occasional banana when I crave a treat. My version of the potato only diet lol

    Hey Joey, where do desserts fit into the starch solution? If I make your yummy brownies would I just consider them a starch and add fruit for a 50/50 plate?

      Yeah I think that's a good idea. The desert is right out of the book but probably just extra on top of the days starches. I fruit would probably be perfect with that.

    Thanks for the descriptions. I did buy The Starch Solution book but haven't had a chance to read it as carefully as I should. I just started the 21-day challenge yesterday so this video was perfect timing!

      On SS, its two servings a day. On MM, its one serving a day.
