      I don't think they are SMC fans. The maxim is built similarly to the TH (Like the motor is almost identical and the info sticker is done the same way). For the newlec the motor doesn't appear to be produced by SMC but I am really not sure which manufacturer did produce it. So overall I am guessing the maxim is made by the same factory as the TH (just made much later than the TH) and I have no clue who made the newlec.

      you would know what an smc fan looks like if the blades are boot shaped
