You’re after the pen videos are my favourites. I find them inspirational and so helpful as to what type of things I can put in my own journal. You always have new ideas I hadn’t thought of before
I love, love your after the pen journal spreads. They help me get out of my head, not worry so much and just write in my journal. I tend to write in. The vertical boxes and it comes out a mess and only bad things that happened that week. These help to remind me to stop and make sure I write the good stuff too. 💕
I also love your handwriting - how creatively you use lettering and sizes to have words pop!! I look forward to your videos daily and how much you share about yourself!
YOUR videos of this type ATP are my absolute favourite planner videos to watch. I find them so inspirational. Thanks so much for letting us into your life, Mary Ellen ❤
I truly admire you for sharing these journal pages. It's absolutely an inspiration; even if I don't journal exactly the way you do, these videos give me ideas for things that will fit my style. Thanks!
I love this spread! This ATP video is helpful because I’m going to start journaling and you helped give me some direction. Thanks once again for the content! ❤
I enjoy these videos so much. They really help me in my journal. I completely understand what you are saying about the books! I have a few books that I bought, and I'm reading one....but when another book came available on Libby, I had to read that one before my loan ran out (and people were waiting). So I find myself jumping between books, too.
I love these videos. Your spread is spectacular. It’s full, yet it’s easy to find key elements. I squint my eyes not to read your personal data, hahaha, and just look at your headings. Seeing how much fun this is to look at, helps keep me motivated to write in my journal. Also, your ideas really are inspiring. Thank you for sharing something so personal.
Very helpful. I haven't journaled in years. Never about a serious illness. I think it will help me and possibly help my Dr see where my thoughts and feelings are. I'm so glad that you are open and willing to share your experiences.💝😊
‘Because… animals’ yep! Reason enough for me too! Such great advice from your therapist. It’s a great reminder thank you. Also love your tips on word hierarchy and how to make important things stand out. Thanks for the encouragement to just write too. I have awful handwriting but i love things to look pretty. You’re right though, the act of journaling is so much more important. Great video!
Thank you for sharing your life with us. From you I see how resilient one can be no matter the hardships. I love that you shared what you learned in therapy. Ill definitely be writing that down and remembering it!!! Just curious Do you prefer your decor/environment to be filled up like your spreads? In my heart I want to be a minimalist but my brain thinks like a hoarder!!
Thank you for this video! My 19 year old son is back in therapy for social anxiety and they suggested he start journaling, which I highly agree with. Even if it’s just writing down what you wanna discuss in future sessions.
I don't know if I could do this in my own journal, but it was very soothing watching you write in yours. I do also like the ideas of things you wrote about. The summarizing what your learning in therapy is a good one.
i made a Therapy Notes Journal page. Topics to discuss, what we talked about, what was figured out (any epiphanies), and Homework (stuff i have to work on such DBT exercises). this has been a game changer for me. hope this helps someone HUGS
Amazing video! Thanks for sharing your process. Also, the phrase "Certainly just write" really stuck out to me. It really resonated with me. And for some reason I instantly thought of a qoute sticker. "Certainly just write" could be a great sticker, or a cool qoute for a journal cover. Again, thanks for sharing this video. Your after the pen spread is beautiful. Also, do you have any creative journaling beginning videos? I was thinking of getting into creative journaling this year. Thanks again! Have a nice day!
@@Notable2Nikki hmm idk, I’ll try it again, but last time it said I had to wait longer or something because there were about 15 people in line. Maybe I misunderstood it

It is an inspiration. If I try to fill my spreads up like this, they look messy, but your's are beautiful.
Thank you!

this was very helpful. Of course, our pages will be different than yours, but you gave us many good ideas. thanks.
I use the snooze function a ton on Libby! It will hold it off another week if you aren't ready.
But it doesn’t work if lots of other people are waiting
It does on mine. it just lets the next person have it before you. @@PlanningwithBumble

I'm totally second guessing myself now! I will have to pay attention next time @@PlanningwithBumble
@@Notable2Nikki wait, I just did it! You are right. You can even choose the number of days before it pops up again. Thank you so much.
You could have written, "hey Boo Boo." 😅😂
