In 1:33 of episode 7 if you find the crosswalk near Kanazawa-Hakkei station where Nijika and Kita cross, it's at 35.325649, 139.623130. Then following the crossing street you can then see the brick wall pattern at 1:56 at 35.324939, 139.623566, and Bocchi's house should be opposite of it. In reality the house there is different and there is no housing development. In addition the houses there look on the old side, while Bocchi's house looks to be quite new. This could be a hint that Bocchi the Rock is set in the future after the area is redeveloped and new houses are built

I looked closely at the stairs, it's more of a U shape than an L shape. So the second floor could probably look different.
