I really like the idea of the bloodline getting involved in the Cody v Roman match which results in the whole babyface side of the locker room just pouring out to make sure the story gets finished
I think it would be cool if all of Roman's previous victories come back to beat the Bloodline. Just get all the guys who've been beaten by Roman to come and make the save and just turn the whole thing into an impromptu lumberjack match

Luke not getting the Rocky film order right makes it even more brilliant. But if Chad is Mickey, he's dying before next year's Mania to motivate Sami (Rocky 3) and then if Gunther has been the Apollo Creed then he dies in the ring to motivate Sami into an unsanctioned match in hostile territory against the person that killed Gunther (Rocky 4). I'd pop massively for a promo where Gunther re-enacts the Living in America performance complete with James Brown Lookalike singing beside him
Cody beats Roman. Cody finishes the story. Roman and The Bloodline leaves the ring. The crowd cheers for a good 5 minutes. Damien Priest's music hits. The Judgment Day come running down. Priest cashes in his Money In The Bank briefcase at Mania. Beats Cody. Takes the title. Nuclear-level heat. Cody is left, broken and beaten, having finished his father's story. And forced to write his own. From scratch.
I think Priest will take the belt off Drew due to storyline ties but youre right, him beating Cody would be nuclear heat, possibly beating Reigns after WM33

to answer your question about who's been cashed in on most it's actually Charlotte Flair (Carmella in 2018, Bayley in 2019, Nikki ASH in 2021). Cena is technically tied with Charlotte (Edge and RVD in 2006, Damien Sandow in 2013), but Sandow's cash in failed, so Charlotte had the most successful cash ins on her.
WM 40 main event screams "DUSTY FINISH" for months and it's both predictable and right. There is no other option.

I think that the Judgement day will lose their tag titles on day 1, but day 2 they will make "the heist of thr century #2" with Damian cashing in during the match and pinning Seth and Drew even going more crazy to lose his WM match, without him pinnig or being pinned
Uso's match could be great of they do an I Quit match full of callbacks to the Roman-Jey one from the start of the Bloodline feud. They could even reference the ending with Jey quitting to protect Jimmy, or to protect Rikishi if their dad gets involved

My only Fantasy booking/ 3 word prediction: mania theme Mashup
When all of the codyvengers are coming in, fighting off the bloodline, their themes are mixed together, united. Maybe KO, Sami, and Jey all come out together, then Knight, Randy, Logan and AJ (although AJ can absolutely just ignore everyone but Roman), then Seth on his own (although if you wanna go full fantasy maybe a sneaky little Moxley cameo) drew comes out to claymore Roman before leaving, and then finally, Goldust Cena and Austin, all come to beat the rock down (once again fantasy booking)
Each of their themes are mixed together, creating a song showing their connection in just wanting Roman to lose the title
Also yes I am treating Dustin Rhodes on the same level as Cena and Austin, but he has just as much interest in this match, and would probably get the largest pop of his career

I also think they should split the belts again. Just because I love tag team wrestling, and that could mean it’s possible to have 3 tag team championship matches if they want all the belts on the line or do like night of champions
