Green Grocer, Market Street @ Cafe Corner behind you on display! 🤤🥹The only ones that I need and the first 3 released (I worked backwards). $5-6k in the US if I find them priced nicely.
On a more positive and realistic note, the tutor corner looks absolutely stunning! It already looks like it might be my new favorite, but I’ll have to build it first to be sure.
Looks like a fun GWP. Let’s hope that it actually releases alongside the set this year for a change. Thanks for the video!

Those 3 first modulars were also for years on my wishlist and 2 years ago i was lucky to get them alongside with lots of other old sets like Imperial Flag Ship , Burlington Northern , Santa Fe cars etc. for a unbelievable low price.

@ wow, that’s the kind puchase that need! Although, I did pick up a sealed Imperial Flagship a couple of years ago. It’s now built and on my shelf. That’s one that will never be resold.
