It's worth noting that this is the last footage I have from onboard Alaska's A321-200NEO. Alaska retired them from their fleet last year and they are now flying for American Airlines.
Love this one! So many memories from down there. I saw them fly over Dodger Stadium. I saw the wonderful snow on the top of the San Gabriel mountains where I used to live at the base of. But whenever I read "Alaska Airlines", I will never forget that sad day when they plunged into the ocean, off shore near where I lived at the time. Thank you for sharing!
Hey Mate that was a very smoth landing from where im sitting ,i love LA been there twice as an Australian its just all American as we expect it to be ,i guess because we have seen so much of California on TV shows. As a child of the 60,s Disney was huge and Disneyland was mind blowing to actually be there, and the Universal Studio Tour well all my dreams come true. Thanks as always for the ride along Kym Adelaide
Hey Traveler. You hit the cloud deck at 17:00 to 17:30 then fly right into the SMOG bank. From clean, clear, blue sky, into dirty air !! UGH. I always marvel when you fly North into Oregon, Washington, and Alaska the sky is always crisp, clean and blue. Victoria was quite beautiful yesterday.
Great fly! Have you heard Spirit Airlines flight from Jamaica to Florida was told that the plane was prepared for possible water landing due to mechanical issue, causing confusing and chaos?
I just finished watching today's Bold and the Beautiful and now, I'm watching your Super-Fantabulous video. Sheila Carter is determined to stay in Finn's life. I think Finn and Steffy's marriage is DOOMED!! Anyhow, great view of Old Greyback. And TERRIFIC view of Mt. Baldy!! You probably flew directly over San Jacinto. That mountain has one of the highest prominences in the entire Continental US. Some good news! They're bringing back Interstellar to the big screen later this year in celebration of its 10-year anniversary. I own the 4K UHD version at home. The wormhole looks even more amazing in 4K. Remember, it's 7 years per hour on Miller's Planet so make every second count. And if you stay there for 3 and a third hours, 23 years and 4 months will go by elsewhere. And when you go thru the wormhole, be sure to record and document everything and remember that your ship's controls won't work; all you can do is record and observe. And when you go around the big super massive black hole, you'll be going at a third of the speed of light and will cost you another 51 years. But... you won't look bad for a man who's pushing 120. And... remember to Drink The Ooze.

Why did they lose the neos
@@markjackson5333 because they didn't want them anymore. They (Alaska) wanted to be an all Boeing 737 fleet.
Are they better than the 737s?
@@lorettamulkey9018 a 100%
@@lorettamulkey9018Thhe cabin feels wider, but k8f course legroom depends on the airline and the class. I like the a321

Sounds like you and I had similar experiences with California as kids. Just in different decades.
Beautiful Landing Bryce! I had a panic attack about today’s tornado!
Glad you're okay my friend!
@@sla31 We were all safe! Thanks for asking!
Surprising amount of snow on the mountains

It'll be clear skies free of smog on today's full flight too. Hopping between Lihue and Honolulu on Southwest!
I don't know what to comment anymore... Well, nice video 😂
😂 that's okay my friend. Any comment, even if it's the same every day, is better than none at all haha.
I hope to land into LAX in the future. Perhaps on the Lufthansa A380.
Now N958XV with AA... Currently doing rotations out of MIA.
Yup, at least it's still flying and not just waisting away in storage.
Oh wow 1 minute ago this is record timing for me lol
You missed your opportunity to simply comment "first" 😂
@@sla31 first and great fly! 😭
An oldie since Alaska got rid of the Airbus's❤❤
Great fly! Have you heard Spirit Airlines flight from Jamaica to Florida was told that the plane was prepared for possible water landing due to mechanical issue, causing confusing and chaos?
Yes, I saw the reports on that. It doesn't seem to be getting much attention considering what happened. Probably because it was on an Airbus.
