I grew up around black and native Americans so a lot of words that are considered racist were just what was normal vocabulary in my family. I've gotten a lot of hate for jokes I heard from my god family. The real uncultured people are the ones who don't know to people like us it's all love.
You know what's crazy Bubba, back in the 70s when civil rights was still fairly new, folks didn't have hang-ups like they do now days, just watch the tv shows from back then All in the family, TheJeffersons, it just seems as though people acted more free back in the day.

I work with kids and got into the stereotype conversation years ago with a Philly kid and he said to me that black people can't get lice because of the way their hair is..... "Caucasian brand of people" xD you can say white people man it's not a bad thing lol. People get so choked up about mentioning a race, White, Black, Asain, Mexican, etc. they came up with those words for a reason, to help describe someone lol.
Yup, white and black are not bad words. They can be used poorly if you have shitty intentions, but they are just words that describe. And we are different, you are a black guy, and I am a white guy. But that matters about as much as our different hair color, or at least, that's how it ought to be. A note on the "race X smells like Y" that is for a good reason -- we are very much what we eat, and there will be consistent things across cultures, resulting in a common scent. Think of how garlic or spicy food makes itself known when you sweat it out? Everything does, just not as prominently.

Bill Burr has some of the best comedy! He touches on all the edgy subjects but makes it really funny for everyone
If you like bill burr, you’ll LOVE Patrice O’Neal. He was like the black bill burr. VERY funny guy. Talks about harassment in the workplace and aspca commercials as well as why men can’t both LIKE and LOVE women at the same time. The man was taken wayyyy too early from us from diabetes, but bill had a fundraiser to help pay for both his late wife and his mother’s bills. Most comics were great on set, but one of the things that stands true with Patrice was that he was funny both in his scripts and on the fly.
Few people vouched for comedy the way he did. He was a firm believer in letting everyone get their jokes in because both good jokes and bad jokes come from the same source and you never know wether a joke will land or not until you try it.
RIP Patrice. Your legend will always live on and I will continue to push your comedic genius until the day I die 🙌

I'm a Kiwi (from New Zealand) and hands down Dave Chappelle and Bill Burr are my top 2 American comedians, I love that they have no filter!! I grew up with a lot of very non pc comedy and really miss the freedom comics had. It is truly sad that actually anti discrimination movies like Blazing Saddles couldn't be made today! People seem to have lost the ability to look behind what's in front of you to see the actual message! Gene Wilder and Richard Prior were 2 of my old faves they didn't pull their punches either :)
Ralphie May's Austintatious or Black Movie Theater skits are hilarious. He's unfortunately passed away now but the specials he did do are great. He's alot like Bill Burr. He picks at everyone including his wife.

Everybody likes being SHOCKED. Horror movies are a prime avenue, but, they add it in everything. Soap Opera's were all about shocking situations. Hell. I was watching "Supernatural" with Dean, Sam & Bobby riding in the Impala when,..BAM! They get T-Boned & the car is wrecked! To me that was a shock.
