    Looks nice and all, but expected to see how you did the wiring, as in running it and where the switch was put.

      We run the wires along the A Pillar. They tuck in and we use a bit of silicon to hold it in. Our kit we all comes with the switch and all the wiring.

    So my dad and I are installing my 52" curved light bar on my 4 runner using the Cali raised brackets. But turns out I he 7/16 drill bit was to big. So we down size to smaller drill bit, good thing it was first hole.

      The brackets might not be the same as they were in this video that was made 6 years ago.

    Do you have a video of where you run the wire? Not how to wire it, but where the wire gets in to the cab?

      I went and bought a riv nut gun and its way too small
      I don't want to spend another $75 on the wrong rivnut gun again.

    I have this on my son's truck and looking help is there another way to mount the wind noise and harmonic hums are just to much is an understament.

    I know you can just run the wire down the pillar but id like to know how to connect the wire to the light bar and to the power and install the switch. (Just a lady trying to install things myself so i don't get jipped at the shops)

    Anyway to get rid of the wind noise generated in the cab from the mounts moving the weather stripping?

    Do you offer one for an FJ Cruiser? Looking into the Prinsu roof rack system and it appears that these are limited to 43" max light bars and considering an alternate mount system to allow for the 50/52" dual light bar.

    Mounting point? That's where i needed a close up and explanation on what tool that was and does the mounting piece come with the package? Or even that mounting tool 🔧 come in the package too?

    What is the nut insert tool called? Any idea where to buy one? Is there any other way to insert those nuts?

    Really disappointed in your product. Install instructions are not in the shipping box and this video doesnt describe the size of the nut insert so i can purchase the correct tool to install them. Caliraised is dropping the ball here! Maybe you should redo this vid to include this info. I think its pretty rediculouse that you guys didnt cover the insert tool and nut sizes in the intro when describing the tools needed for install. Not very well thought out sir!

    What do you suggest if when you try to take the mounts off the nutzerts spin. The bolts dig into the nutzerts then the nutzerts break loose.

      Triton659 hello, the wires are run down in the gap along the windshield and the black cowling piece. They fit inside that gap and you can’t even see them. Makes for a super clean install!

    It definitely looks cool flush like that but unfortunately it will fail inspection in most states as you can’t cover the windshield at all.

      @@memeboi4173 I can't wait for his answer so what I did is to force the rivet nut and the rivet nut tool. Make sure to angle it towards you {almost straight up}to avoid hitting the structure frame steel. Made few scratches though.

    Bro f this, i just did it and 7/16 is not the size to go with. It left the holes too big and the bracket is super lose, if your doing this i would suggest to weld the screw tabs in.

      I had that problem too. But luckily when my dad and I drilled it, it was on first hole. We ended up using 27/64 drill bit. Also as I discovered in this video, you need a rivet tool.

    This video shows how not to ruin your truck. Also look at 6:55 sec, he has the waire tucked in with blue painters tape.

      We use the blue tape to hold the wire in place while the silicon dries. It won’t cause damage to the vehicles paint.

    Does anyone know how to reduce the wind noise? From 20 to 50 mph it’s whistles loud, super annoying. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

      @@johntrinidad4091 No... What it is, is the "aerodynamics" of it now. Sure they're awesome for offloading and won't hear the wind noise with bumps and/or loud exhaust. But with highway driving you'll always hear some whistling sound at Highway speeds.

      @@johntrinidad4091 I have them on my Taco and I don't mind it. They come in handy when I'm Loading up my ATV's on the trailer at night and making my way out of the desert. Besides a truck full of conversations and you won't mind it.

      Hey John, there is wind noise with this particular setup. To combat this, some companies offer aftermarket solutions to be attached to the bar and mounts. Let us know if you have any other questions!

    How do you get rid of the absolute screaming of the bar above 40 mph? It’s not fit for sanity.
