I got the Sephora deluxe one several years ago, and it wasn’t bad for the 75% off I got it for when I stopped by mid December back when they actually discounted advent calendars after the beginning of December (unlike the Kinder one I got for a while $2 off on Dec. 3 this year 🙄)
Wow, finally a "luxury" advent calendar that actually feels like it provides luxury products. No single minis in any day and no mirrors, stickers, or keychains. Vogue really did a good job with this - it's expensive, but could be worth it, depending on how much expensive skincare/jewelry people want to try.
Out of everyone, Vogue understood that this was an opportunity to really reinforce their classy brand identity rather than light it on fire for a quick cash grab. Such a fun calendar, and if I was ever going to splurge on a luxury one, this would be it!
This is probably the best advent calendar I've ever seen. It seems they know what people want and actually did it and didn't just give free sample sizes.
Vogue up here hitting it out of the park on their first to-bat actually? XDD I love that they followed through with a complete jewelry set; the pieces may not have been released together, but they sure as hell can vibe together. And I love that the box and prints were designed to LOOK like something Vogue would release. Simple, classic, timelessly stylish. Honestly, no complaints. I hope they do this again next year.
Now this…..is what advent calendars should be! Every day was something at least relatively exciting and the value was huge. Definitely my favorite so far and I think it would be very hard to beat!

I also recognized these. I love how his works of art completely embodied the art deco period in which he worked. These made the individual calendar drawers miniature works of art. Simply lovely.
If I had a budget for $650 cream, I would appreciate that teeny sample. It's enough to know if you utterly hate the scent or texture, or if it breaks you out in hives before spending so much! Edit to add: this was so good! I'm excited that you were not disappointed.
Vogue did a good job making their first Advent calendar. The jewelry alone covers most of the cost with the leather card holder completing the covered cost. The rest is just extra. Can't wait to see if next year compares with this ones.
I've already watched some British 'unboxing' vids of this particular calendar. However, You're so charming, charismatic, funny and absolutely stunning, that I knew I wanted to watch you open it. I figured you'd like the historical vintage Vogue covers artwork on the calendar too. You didn't disappoint. Brilliant video as always. My mother’s guilty pleasure is the White Company. I’ve been in our local store once and almost died when I picked up a candle that smelt decently pleasant and it was £72!! That got put down VERY quickly and carefully.
What an incredible advent calendar. This has been one of the best if not THE BEST advent calendar you’ve opened in the entirety of this series. I personally think this one beats out the P Louise calendar. I hope you do it again and it’s even better

Just when I was losing all hope in Advent Calendar’s this Vogue one changed my mind completely 🎉 I would pay that price any day of the year for this beautiful generous calendar. There was nothing in it that I was not wowed by ❤ The packaging alone is absolutely stunning 🎉 In my opinion this is a definite 5 out of 5 star rating 🎉 I hope you take the time out to give it the rating it deserves 😊

OMG THE DOOOOORS! I just researched a bunch of vintage Vogue covers and painted one as a gift for my best friend. The cover I painted was the January 15, 1969 edition and it's stunning. They all are stunning.
I watched another unboxing of this, and knowing Alexandria bought it, I said "she's going to really like this." Vogue put the luxury in luxury, and they had a nice variety of different products.

I love Vogue! I read that magazine every month from my early 20’s on. It was as far away as I could get from the tiny town I lived in. My little world became New York City and I learned so much! And when I did go to NYC I felt at home. Leave it to them to put out a classy calendar like this! ❤❤❤

The fact you get a card explaining each box cover and what year it was released. Plus card with information about the product! It is the little details that make this calendar stand out! They knocked it out of the park on the first year too!!!! For £350 you are getting triple that value back! Plus the money spent on the calendar goes to charity. Everything about this calendar was well thought out and you certainly do get what you pay for! 100-10 recommend if you’ve the budget to splash on it! ❤

Iv been wearing love don’t be shy from kilian for about four years or so now and it’s one of my fav!!!!my husband gets a new bottle for me every birthday and it can cost between 275$ to 500 $ and sometimes more depending on if you get a bottle or a gift set or any extras !so I was shocked to see kilian ,Sisley ,sturm and several others in this lovely advent calendar !!!This will be a advent calendar I definitely will purchase next year ,it’s well worth it !❤

Of all the really nice and cool items in this calendar, my favorite thing is the print on box 22. As soon as I saw that lovely white noodle horse, I grinned, my greynoculars are still functional even though it's been over a year since my beautiful greyhound passed away. I've known many dogs of different breeds through my life and loved the different traits of each one, for the most part, but after my first meeting with a greyhound and then adopting my first dog as an adult, a beautiful black 2 year old girl named Haley, I was forever converted to greyhound being my #1 breed and I hope someday to have another in my life. I love my current rescue mix, she is anything but the calm and lazy sighthound that I loved for 4 1/2 years but she is fun, funny and loyal and cute as heck.

it's a very....interesting name for a candle. but i guess it does technically fit the discotheque theme. i wonder how many people also found out about the crisco disco from that candle.
That was gay culture, 1970s-style! I remember learning about it as a teenager in the 80s (and realizing that the name “Crisco” was an in-joke about running out of lube at inopportune moments and resorting to one’s kitchen cupboards for a replacement!). As I recall, Randy Schilts refers to it in his classic account of the AIDs crisis, _And the Band Played On_, written as he was dying from the disease himself (r.i.p.). For Schilts, it served as an illustration of an age of innocence, when gay men were rapidly building a political and social cultural base, in part via the discos, bars, and clubs in which they met each other. The Crisco Disco is an icon!
I really love this calendar! They did so well at making each day special. Expensive but worth it for sure. Plus the pictures on the calendar are so lovely and fun.
This is definitely a luxury calendar that knows how to do it right! I loved the mix of jewelry, lifestyle and beauty items! Also, it's great that there weren't any days with a single tiny sample like some other calendars had...
What fun to watch you experience this calendar. I think the Vogue advent calendar definitely lived up to its price. $400 is a high price for an advent calendar, but the value of the items within it, combined with the beautiful packaging and the thoughtful way it was put together, definitely provided the high value one would want and expect. By contrast to the $300 Lush calendar, this was exponentially superior. Thanks for sharing the fun with us!
I love all the vintage covers and art! It was a good calendar for a change! Also, if/when you get your ears re-pierced, go to a studio and not like, Claires or something. A studio might be a bit more expensive, and kinda intimidating, but they're usually almost always chill. Do your research and have fun!

it's a very....interesting name for a candle. but i guess it does technically fit the discotheque theme. i wonder how many people also found out about the crisco disco from that candle.
That was gay culture, 1970s-style! I remember learning about it as a teenager in the 80s (and realizing that the name “Crisco” was an in-joke about running out of lube at inopportune moments and resorting to one’s kitchen cupboards for a replacement!). As I recall, Randy Schilts refers to it in his classic account of the AIDs crisis, _And the Band Played On_, written as he was dying from the disease himself (r.i.p.). For Schilts, it served as an illustration of an age of innocence, when gay men were rapidly building a political and social cultural base, in part via the discos, bars, and clubs in which they met each other. The Crisco Disco is an icon!

This one is my favorite. I love all the products and especially the little boxes, Vogue knocked it out of the park this year.
Recommend going to a tattoo parlor to get your ears re-pierced. They will be much more precise to use the same hole you already have.

I really love this calendar! They did so well at making each day special. Expensive but worth it for sure. Plus the pictures on the calendar are so lovely and fun.

This is definitely a luxury calendar that knows how to do it right! I loved the mix of jewelry, lifestyle and beauty items! Also, it's great that there weren't any days with a single tiny sample like some other calendars had...
Vogue was a great calendar! Not so much makeup, but definitely wonderful items and great daily surprises!
What fun to watch you experience this calendar. I think the Vogue advent calendar definitely lived up to its price. $400 is a high price for an advent calendar, but the value of the items within it, combined with the beautiful packaging and the thoughtful way it was put together, definitely provided the high value one would want and expect. By contrast to the $300 Lush calendar, this was exponentially superior. Thanks for sharing the fun with us!

Also, if/when you get your ears re-pierced, go to a studio and not like, Claires or something. A studio might be a bit more expensive, and kinda intimidating, but they're usually almost always chill. Do your research and have fun!

I would say this is the second best calendar for this years advent season, my favorite for number one is still P. Louise and the little train car.
