Aaj hi maine bhi HSG test krvai.. Subah 9:30 ko. Mai bahot dar gayi thi.. Lakin doctor ne bola ki aap daroge to pain jyada hoda.. Kyonki.. Jab hum dare hue hote hai ho hamari bodi sikod jati hai.. Aur jo process hai vo thik se nahi ho pata. Maine without anesthesia kita tha.. Jb meri process chal rahi thi.. Doctor mere se bate kr rahi thi.. Muze thoda dard hua bhi lekin meri tube block nahi thi..isliye jyada dard nhi hua. Subah maine kuch khaya piya bhi nahi tha.. muze salain me injection bhi diye process ke bad. Vo isliye ki muze chakkar vagaira na aaye. Jb meri process chl rahi thi to mere husband mere sath X-ray room me the doctor ne unhe allow kiya tha kyonki mai bahot hi dari hui thi.. Process khm hone ke bad kuth mitha khane ko bola.. Aur vahi pr hi unhone muze dawai di. Adhe ghante bad muze meri report bhi mili.. Meri report normal thi.. 😊
Process krte samay normal rahoge to jyada dard nhi hoga..

Thank you for sharing your experience. I have recently gone through my hsg test . I just took the painkiller prior to 35 minutes of the test time as advised by the nurse. For me I did not feel any cramp at all during or after the process . The only thing I felt was a burning sensation when they inserted the tool but it was bearable as the process only took 4-6 minutes.
I would also like to share, while I was going for the test I read the quote on the way “the fear of suffering from the pain is worst than the actual pain itself” and it was true in my case I was extremely nervous and scared. But after the test I realize it was not that painful at all. I will pray no one has to go through any pain during the process , stay blessed :) I hope this will help someone

maine b kraya tha HSG bina anaesthesia k he hua tha doctors puchte hai ki kaha kaha drd ho raha anaesthesia mei itna pta nhi chl pata is liye doctors bina anaesthesia diye ye test krna jada prefer krte hai bht pain hota hai 1-2 minutes mei ho jata hai bht painfull hota hai yr but meri tubes thik thi after 6-7 months i conceived apne aap now i m 8 months pregnant 😍😍

Hi Ladies, I did this HSG test today.
Initially they gave me one injection and then Doctor did HSG test.There was mild pain with cramps for 5-10 minutes.
I was also afraid like all of you but sometimes we need to be strong but can say pain was mild and kind of bearable.

Just had my test today.It is a painless process.. Just there are mild cramps that we feel during periods that too just for few minutes.....No need to worry! You can go for it

I just had this test today and It was alright
It was a little painful and uncomfortable, and I bled a little and they said it was normal. After few hours you will start feeling some cramps😒. But there was no blockage at all.

My doctor gave me pain killer prior to the procedure.
I didn't experienced any pain.
You won't experience pain unless there is a blockage.
If you have no blockage it will be more tolerable
You had a Pains like menstrual pain even with pain killer, imagine the pain without painkillers.

Hii, my test was done without anaesthesia, it was completely painless during the procedure but after 30 minutes, I felt a bit dizzy and a severe cramp in lower abdomen, but the good news is that it lasted only for 10 minutes and I rested in the hospital for a while, drank coffee and it was okay. I was too scared of watching all the experiences, but mine went well. I wish for all it to be the same experience as mine❤️❤️

Am done with hsg test before 2 days,s it's painfull to me only for 15-20 minutes,but don't worry about that you have think about ur upcoming baby then u don't feel much pain just leave freely ur body to doctors ,after test u drink anything do u want then easily ur pain reduce and one more thing be confident it's well done 👍

I have gone for this to government hospital. They have inserted tube in me. The pain was unbearable and it last for 25 min min but unho nai tb tk x ray nhi lia then mai nai shor dal kr remove krwa di. Ab again meri honi hai plz do pray for me. Mjhy bht tension hai mai nai bht pain daikha hai
I had my HSG test just 30 min before ...its just normal pain like periods cramps for only 5 min..don't worry frnds its vry minor processor 😌

I have done my hsg test today... And it was not that painful at all... So dont be afraid girls... Go for it.. Just 5- 10 mint test... I was given painkiller injection just before the test... And thoda pain hota h jo ki easily bearble h jab instrument dalte hai.... Khichav jase... Koi problem nh hoti h... Jab dye dalte h tab bhi... Sab aaram se ho jata h... My doctor was so good and supportive... Bas jase doctr bole vase karo... Easily ho jayega.... So go for it....

I did this test today, took the pills 1 hour b4. During procedure felt like I had my period. Never had pain leaving the lab But since am home, am full of pain. Urination is painful, laying down is painful on all sides and back. My hubby Ray thinks I pick up gas or something. I have some tea just now am just praying it stop b4 morning as I have work.....

Anesthesia is given for high risk operations never for HSG neither for C section delivery, epidural and spinal block is given which ia regional anesthesia for your lower bottom, it's very risky if not given properly you may not revive... I have gone through HSG and never did the doctor talk about any pain killer, my doctor had to do it twice coz 1st time the reports were not clear so i had double the pain but lasts only few secs.. You don't bleed, it's the dye that comes out slowly which looks like blood.. We have to go through these pains unfortunately as women..

Otherwise everything is normal...With anesthesia krao pta b ni lgega na bad me pain hota 3 4 din rest lo proper nd don't panic
I am writting my experience so that who so ever is going to have HSG test should not panic. So I had my HSG test today without anesthesia only pain killer, i was very afraid to see all these painful experiences written here, but for me it was not that painful i felt little more pain of period cramps🤞, which is easily tolerable, its a test of just 10 mins. Go ahead & get this test done👍

I had my HSG today and I most confess, I wasn't painful as I thought. Just little sharp pains and you are free. It's just a 10mins test, go for it.

this test is not very much painful. you may feel mild cramping just as your periods and only lasts for 4-5 minutes after the test.
It's a complete Painless process ...Go for it without any hesitation...Mild cramping was their at starting , when they insert their medical equipment , I felt as If I m on my first day of period ..Not more than this...I was extremely nervous but I gathered all my courage and got it done because it is for our benefit...Hsg pain is exactly same as Menstrual pain ..
Really HSG is not a very painful. It is still mild painful......... If doctor recomendid u to do this tes. Then please do this.... Becouse it is necessary for further treatment.

I am also done hsg test today before an hour.it is very pain full.but when result is came , then I was relax.because my both fallopian tubes are normal appearance in report.next I will go for firtility treatment.

Maine bhi aaj test karvaya with anesthesia...mujhe anesthesia k vajha se bhi kafi dari thi but it was so easy and i did not feel anything even after the test....no bleeding and no pain...yes it is more costly with anesthesia but kuch bhi pain nai hota

I also go through hsg in February 2021 without anesthesia my fallopian tube is block and in March 2021 I go through lap and dye doctor suggest for ivf and April 2021 I go for ivf and my egg retrivel is done my egg is undergoing for freeze finally after 7 month of freezing I go treatment for embryo transfer

Mene ye test kiya tha 2021 me and etna jyada pain hua tha muje .. muje to koi pain killer bhi nhi di thi. Doctor jab ye test kr rhe the tabhi muje bohot jyada pain hona start hua tha. Literally it is painful process but we don't have choice to do and to confirm blockage issue.

I depends on the pain tolerance of individuals. For most it will be like a 10 second period cramp and nothing more. May be for ppl with blocks it hurts but not for all

I am just done with my HSG test...they had given me one injection hlf an hour before my test to reduce the pain... ofcourse you will feel pain and discomfort when they inject the die inside...bt it is Same like period cramping ... It's not a Big deal for those who experience intense periods pain like me everymonth and..its just taken 5 -10 minutes to complete the procedure....so don't worry girls...it's not that bad....

My HSG experience.... I was given anaesthesia so no pain felt. But after 5 hours I felt slight pain. Then next morning again slight bearable pain was there the whole day. My 1tube is blocked.

I also did this test in army hospital.. they didn't told me to take any pain killer.. and no anesthesia.. it was just horrible painful for 10sec and after that a little bit for 30min .. after that everything is ok

I did HSG today... no anesthesia, no painkillers.. it was uncomfortable down there during procedure and lil felt like period like pain in lower abdomen...
After procedure the only feeling I am having is soreness down there.... nothing of the sort like unbearable pain... Ladies just dont be afraid of this procedure,its completely bearable....

Pain hota hai utna hi malum pdta hai ..wo bhi aap se tolerate ho jayega.. Mere test me sirf ek goli hi li thi 15 minute pehle.. Koi anasthesia ya injection nhi diya tha...my reports are normal...
It's not that painful, its bearable, just like periods cramp. Keep relaxed during the process hardly takes 15 mins . I felt dizzy after test so there is chance of fainting so lay down for 15 mins after test .

Yes , near a well known diagnostic center . They give injection prior to test to releif discomfort or you can take pain killer as per doctors recommendation. Stay strong . Its not only test but, a therapeutic treatment .

I have heavy pain during periods. I was ready to face the pain. I had this test done yesterday. It only took 5 minutes or less. I was given an injection just before starting the procedure. And to be really frank I was crying out loud of pain. But the doctor said I didn't had any blockage too. It was not at all bearable for me. Or else I wouldn't make such noises and make fun of myself infront of the staff nurses. That was the most painful five minutes. Seems the injection should have given some minutes before the procedure. I was asked to wait around 20 minutes before leaving the hospital to see if I have any discomfort. On way to home I felt my throat, tongue and lips getting completely dried.. I was drinking water but it didn't help... I think it was the painkiller injection or local anaesthesia that was working after the procedure 🙄... So I didn't felt much pain for a few minutes. The anesthesiologist said I might experience severe heart pain and shoulder pain later and shouldn't panic. By night my chest and shoulder was hurting like hell. My face and shoulder is swollen. I'm only given a tablet to ease gas. I think everyone feels different. For me it was really painful...
Agar block na ho ,,to hsg ka kya fyda? Prgnancy concieve kyu nahi hoti
@@vish5718 Its only for testing if there's any block and if that's the reason for not conceiving. Its not done to get conceived.

I had it today without anesthesia and without pain killer before. Went office after that but then I could'nt continue due to cramps.

I did my hag yesterday.. It was painful when dye was injected... Once it was done m feeling lil weak and dizzy. One of my fallopian tube is opened. But right one is blocked. Also ther os polyp in my uterus which doc said needs to be romoved😢

Guys it's rediculous... My experience was suprb. I didn't feel any type of pain ... U noe what it takes 5-10 min max but all procedure are painless... So don't be afraid... 😊

I also want to share here my experience as it might help anyone going through this phase. Yesterday I had my HSG. Firstly, i got injected two injections to lessen the pain. Afterward, they took me to the lab. When the process started, it felt a little bit painful but bearable. When the liquid was pressed inside, i could feel the pressure but it wasn't painful. The whole procedure took maximum 10 -15 minutes. Afterward I didn't feel any pain. There was a few blood spots. I didn't bleed afterwards. I came home and rested for the whole day. And sharing the experience here today. But unfortunately my tubes are blocked so I have to go for laparoscopy now.

I got it done an hour ago, it hurts bad but you can tolerate because the pain is for 10 minutes hardly ! So just think that it’s gonna get over in few minutes !

I was not given any painkiller ,and test was done by a nurse...I was unware of hsg test....it was very much painful I can't forget the pain ever..
I just got done with my hsg today. They did not advice any painkillers nor any pain reducing injections and it was very painful. Mainly the doctor doing the test was not at all understanding and very rude and trying to tell me that I am not a special person and he does this 10 times in a day. It obviously collapsed my mental and emotional state with the pathetic words the doctor said throughout.
I did feel pain when the dye was pushed. I bled after the test and was sore for the rest of the day.
I hope nobody has a doctor like mine who has no empathy for the patient for whom this might be the first time.
P.S both my tubes were open

I had a very painful process, with the injection before treatment I had blurry vision for 1 hour. During the procedure and after the procedure I have a really bad cramping and cannot even walk straight. I also have nausia along with vomitting and extreme acidity.

It was very very painful experience for me it was a shocked for my body I'm just 24 i cried and screamed alot when she put the tool in me when the dye i didn't feel any pain but that tool my god I can't forget plz don't do this if God wants to give u child you will get it
I had my HSG today. The procedures is not painful until he pour the liquid that was when I felt the pain. Later took pain killers because the cramps became unbearable. I felt dizzy weak as well. I pray my worm will open for good

I have gone through this test... It was very painful really. Bt the (pain) after effect is just intolerable... & Unfortunately my both tubes revealed blocked. 😔.... I took Placentrex injection for 22days... Bt then after breakout out of corona I couldn't go for next test.

Hai please visit the gynaecologist and take care of yourself with further procedure. I also took some gap in between. My doctor said we shouldn't even stop taking the vitamins and folic pills for a while.

I have had 2 HSG's about 7 years apart. The first time, my cervix pushed the catheter out 6 to 7 times 😵 that was NOT FUN. The results of that was one blocked tube. The second one, the Dr couldn't get the dye to go through either tube, so she tried to force the dye through to open the tubes. No no no and no. I don't wish that on anyone. I don't have a low threshold for pain so idk why it was so painful, but it was
