I know there's a way to make a count down timer with the time code fX. That method won't scale and has a lot of draw backs if you want to do anything fancy with the numbers (like change the font). I wanted to make a method that could scale to any time, any location, any graphic designs, ect.
Another great video! I have created my channel on Greek History and your help on improving my editing skills is of paramount importance! You are a great inspiration! Thanks my friend!
Nice one. I recently found myself having to make an 90 minute (yeesh) timer that went up for a soccer scoreboard. This helped with the general idea. Thank goodness for copy and paste!
nice tutorial brother as always.. good news i got my new built in computer a week ago. one of my video here on youtube the split screen that i made,i learned that from you!
Was great. The only thing I was worried about was render-time since I don't have a state of the art PC. For anyone else worried about that, it only took about 10 minutes to render my 15-minute countdown. :)
or just download a video of a countdown and cut the excess time off the left side and fit it to the size of the clip. less customisable but 20x quicker.

Nice way of using a different font!
Can't wait for your VP18 review!
I think you're gonna love it!
