Hi, remember that the High Elves have their own Sindar & Noldor Recruitment buildings, so they don't use the standard Barrack/Archery/Horse of others - you can destroy them too

This game is so frustrating sometimes. You can hand over multiple settlements and protect them and it'll take like 30 turns for the settlements to get rolling. I think it's something on the back end where these civs you're propping up will turtle and have five stacks around a couple settlements and any money they make from the new settlements goes into upkeep of the stacks rather than building up the settlements. The only time I see it work is if you're the same culture (like High Elves handing land over to the Woodland Realm) and you build up a great settlement with 75% same culture and nearly full eco buildings do they ever work out quickly.

Hello, friend. The back and forth against Angmar continues, though this time you seem to make a bit more progress. However, after handing the settlements, you must clear the regions out of enemy forces, so that your allies are able to consolidate and transfer troops. Another thing that doesn't halp is the split realm, the AI cannot handle well a split realm. If you unite the two parts, though, it's another discussion. Gondor is in the same position, as they cannot reinforce the towns you have given them, because Harad and Khand are in the middle. So, the line of the Anduin must be kept from you, until Gondor is able to take over their part. Thus, the decision is yours, whether Elfhelm will charge to create a path for Gondor to reach the Anduin or he will rely on another strategy. Thus, you surely need more armies, at least three against Angmar to scoop them north and other three to help Gondor and keep the Southerners back.
And now, let's have another small episode for our story:
Eomer and his army, powerful enough from reinforcements from Byrig, pushed the Goblins back in every battle, as the riders scooped the Goblins out of the plains from Imladris and south till Eregion. As they retreated in front of the Elf ambassadors, which were sent from Imladris to take them over after the agreement with Eomer, Anborn took a route when they passed from Ost-in-Edhil to visit a place that seemed like a house. After his return, though, he remained silent and the army returned to Brig without any episodes. Though upon their arrival there, Eomer did ask Anborn about his visit.
"It's the House of the Hammer", Anborn answered upon hearing Eomer. "It's the home of a very special Elf".
"May I ask who he is?", Eomer continued.
"Was", Anborn corrected him. "He has gone to the Undying lands long ago. His name was Ancalagon the Black, the very last Ringmaker that remained alive".
"Why you call him like this?", Eomer asked. "And why he is so special?".
"He was one of the three Elfs that made the Rings of Power", Anborn asked. "I think we all know what is the nature of them".
Eomer remained silent. But Anborn clearly saw the curiosity alongside some sort of fear in Eomer, something he never had seen before.
"Yes, one of them", Anborn continued. "The special on him was that he was the only one of the Three that remained alive during the War with Sauron, when Eregion was destroyed. Celebrimbor and the other one, a woman named Artanis, were killed in the battle. He stayed during the whole Second Era to help Elrond in opposing Sauron, he participated in the expedition of the Last Alliance and he remianed in the first half of the Third Era to uncover the history of all the Nine".
"He wrote a book about the Nazgul?", Eomer was surprised to hear.
"Indeed", Anborn answered. "I never met him, he was long before even Eorl came in Rohan, let alone our days... But he indeed wrote a book, uncovering the past of all the Nine, their life and their deeds, and how they were turned to the most trusted, feared and efffective servants of the Enemy. It's written in Quenya, the language of the ancient Elfs, and it's called Parva Ulairon".
Eomer was still surprised. "Anyone can write a book", he said at last. But his voice was not at all confident.
"But not anyone can write that exact book", Anborn said. "I cannot imagine the difficulties to go on graves, dangerous places and dungeons in the most unknown, secret and dangerous places, often into the lands of Mordor to seek lost identities, names that are forgotten and see behind the mask. He is said to have countered all the Nine together only with his shield and his hammer - not even Mithrandir can confront all the Nine together and their terror! And don't think that the Enemy wants these histories to be known everywhere in Middle Earth... He encountered assassins, Orcs, Trolls, werewolves and everything that Mordor can bring up. Not an easy task! But very few know of Ancalagon and even fewer know his deeds. I happen to be one of the fortunate, thus when I pass from those region, I always pay my respects to him".
"Understood", Eomer said. "I hope we made him happy and proud".
"I also hope so", Anborn said. "Albeit it's very difficult to say so, since he has departed to Valinor after finishing his book - or at least it's said so. Because I believe we can all understand why he kept his identity secret and how much would Sauron want him dead".
Eomer was pretty sure he could understand.

I'll be doing that again in another 9 turns on turn 150! I have been doing it every 25 turns.
