Following and Enjoying your videos. Learning keys from your website and channel. Very well categorized. Helps me a lot. As a learner, your style helps in exploring and trying out new tunes by self rather than having a narrow down approach. Thanks Jason. 👏🙏

Hands down best music lessons on TH-cam. So many things are clearing up for me. I'm writing much better progressions and feeling way more free and happy behind the piano now. I'm finally starting to write music i like thanks to you. Thanks so much Jason, you are a natural and talented composer who can also teach. This is a combo I've never seen in my 10+ years of searching for musical enlightenment. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. While I'm here I'd also like to checkily request that you do more on what you once called Country Music. There is a great old video from a long haired version of you from years ago. Its a great lesson , you talk about how you are influenced by Bruce Hornsby, Elton John and Billy Joel, Mark Knopfler and you start to shed light on that style. I really appreciate the insights in this lesson. I'd love to hear you share more of your observations of the stylings of these guys if you are ever looking for lesson inspiration.. Also slash chords are always interesting to explore.... The thing I personally think you are really unique at is giving fairly experienced Intermediate level musicians somewhere to go without getting bogged down in jazz or classical. I love "simple" music, Rock, Gospel, Pop but its been hard to know how to develop this style before I found your lessons. Thanks a million for everything. I'm totally down the rabbit hole on your lessons and each video switches lightbulbs on for me. Thanks so much and God bless you.

I know it’s many minor scales but teaching more than one at a time is confusing. Can you do a lesson just on the natural minor scale and showing how to display it in Roman numerals please ❤ I love your tutorials, what a beautiful teacher you are , I’m better because of you😊

Thanks Joyce! Great suggestion! Perhaps you can start with the Harmonic Minor - th-cam.com/video/i7dU99lBWAk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=1nHibTQEnM53IYNd

Excellent video on minor scales Jason. I loved the idea of playing with different minor scales in the same song. Great stuff. Thanks Jason.

Are there names for the exotic Minors? You mentioned Phrygian for lowering the 2nd (assuming you start from natural minor).
Is there a name for raising the 4th? If you raise the 4th from a major its a Lydian (I think) but if raised from Natural Minor :/ what is it?
Sounds really good, kinda mystery desert vibe..
Your videos are amazing like always. A huge part in my piano path.
    Thank you :)
