Great Recap ❤ I felt the same way like your wife Amanda. I always was supportive for gen q, although it had weaknesses, because it’s the only whole wlw show worldwide. But the execution of the last episode especially the WEDDING was so bad. I left really sad. The only straw is: They are married. Insane!

I have been to LA in September not only to have a revival of my first california trip - it was also because of the L-Word and Gen Q staying at Silver Lake and hanging up arround Culver City :)
If the ego of MLR wasn’t so big she would have moved the show to Vancouver and advocated for better talent. OG could have easily been written in but clearly the whole finale was sabotaged. MLR is now the villain of the Lez community.
I like old Shane. Just wish they’d let her be cool with being single. Which would also be progress. I’m rewatching the original series, and the most honest line they gave her was “I like you, but I like a lot of people.”
