Would suggest exiting the game and making sure green hell has updated. Should be automatic but in some cases you might need to go to your downloads on steam UI and just trigger it to download the update.

There's a red berry that makes red paint. yellow is fungus that grows on stumps now I need to figure out green

you need to build a wooden wall to unlock the workbench
