I hope you have gotten a much larger cage!! It's cruel as fuck to keep her in there and she will start plucking and develop mental and behavioral problems and will probably never want anything to do with you in a positive way
I really wanna ask, were they really untamed when you got them. And is there really huge difference between untamed and handfed. Do you recommend to get untamed one instead of handfed ?? Thanks !
mines is almost 14 weeks old when in the cage it tries running away but when out of the cage it goes on to her stick and my finger sometimes also doesnt let me touch her
Her wings were clipped by her previous owners. I think it would be easier with the birds wings clipped, but I am letting her wings grow since I am taming her. I would want to flight train her once she was tamed.
Okay thank you for the quick response. I'll give them another week or two before i try to tame them.let them get use to me a bit more. I hope they are as active as yours mine so far just stand on their perch.

That was immediately my first thought. The tail has no room to grow. We just bought one. The cage we had to get was humongous.

I think you should get a handfed one so it is a little more tame and the training process will be much easier.

Great video! I recently got two of them about a week ago. I wanted to ask if you had her wings clipped before attempting this?

if the wings are not cripped he/she will fly away when u put hand near them
