I really am enjoying your genuine BTS journey inspired by your Mom. In regards to the Grammy: it's the only music award show that doesn't allow the public imput. It's voted by peer artists and music industry members. It's highly political, and like government politics, it's heavily lobbied. So, to be recognized by the Grammy committee is an honor, and it tells me that they want to include BTS, but the majority of the music industry members want to keep it purely for popular American artists. It'll happen, but I'm willing to bet that BTS will have a Super Bowl appearance BEFORE they get a Grammy, which honestly would be a bigger honor 🤭😎😋💜💜💜 omg wouldn't it be great if their next comeback was at a SB halftime show 🤯 we can dream 🤗
I would love to see BTS as the Super Bowl half time performer. That would be awesome. Fingers crossed. 😃🤞

Your mom is adorable, I love her 75 years young. I am older ARMY as well (53). And I always worry the same thing that people will think I'm a dirty old lady liking BTS so much and thinking they are so handsome, lol. I watch them everyday as well. from 7:00pm until bedtime I am on TH-cam with BTS. I'm so excited you got a hold of Whatchagot2say. They are the best and are super nice guys. One more group you could reach out to is Identical Reaction. They are twins, Ron and Brandon, in Texas and they call themselves GVG (good vibes gang). Hi I am from Germany and turning 50 in a few month and i am just like your mom.
I'm a huge fan and i've seen a lot of reaction videos, but your show is one of the best i've seen so far. I wished, i could have seen your show from the beginning with BTS. Go on with this really great work. I like your being honest and just like pure how you feel and see it.
This is something really different to other reaction shows and makes it somehow unique.
And you guys are from an other (older) generation like me myself and it feels right comfortable to see you doing this and your mom being a huge fan.
i can't even remenber what my first BTS song was, but i know, it was something in a k-pop list in amazon music and i just thought Uoh?? What's that? LThat's pretty good and then i checked this BTS and yeah it was how it started.
Wow, your mom is awesome to recognize the talent of BTS so quickly and on her own!! I watched several videos and Burn the Stage documentaries over many years with my daughter before I finally became Army after Dynamite and the BE album came out last fall. I really needed them to bring my energy up while teaching 4th grade from my spare bedroom last year.
This was an awesome family bonding.

Hello to your Mom! Was so excited to see all of you! Wish I had seen this live! This was a great show. I’ve been Army since 2016 and she is more knowledgeable than me. I also get negative feedback from my friends. When they come over and I am watching them… the usual eye roll and the “I am too old” to watch them comments. whatever. I love them!! My son left for basic training one month ago. Before he left he gave me a 5’ x 3’ cloth type tapestry of the boys. They are hanging in my room now lol!

Yes, 9/11 was so, terribly heartbreaking. But, what really shocked me was the fact that they could stop all air traffic across North America in about 30 minutes so they could find and track any additional hijacked planes.
It’s nice to have your Mom. I’m old but not dead, too. That latest 3J is astounding! A comment: it is amazing that the people on TH-cam are literally everywhere on earth. It’s great! I’m in Dallas.
Nobody is open minded about the fact I might say, oh I’ve started following the group BTS. It’s like total shutdown opposite me. Sigh! Is it because I’m old, talking to a Texan, they think I’ve now gone senile? No clue. Facing zero interaction. Sort of shuts down conversation. Thank heavens for TH-cam.

Ok i just watched every video of your BTS series, saved the best for last! I have only watched a few minutes so far, I LOVE YOUR MOM. I am 55 and have been following these amazing guys since 2015/16. My first song was Save Me and i have been hooked ever since. I can honestly say they have made my life much better. I was also a major rock-n-roll fan to the core but i absolutely can't go 1 day without listening or seeing them.
Jennifer O'Brien - I'm a bit jealous you've known about BTS so much longer then me. I'm 72 and didn't embrace them until about 24 months ago. BTS has re-inspired my love of interesting music and performances. I love their dance practices and live performances best. Like you, I haven't heard a song from them I don't like. A couple of them I prefer the performances, but I've downloaded all their music and listen to it regularly.
I had given up on Pop music and now I'm listening to ABIR, Black Bear, Coldplay, Justine Beiber, Tom MacDonald, and more. I didn't appreciate the subtlety of Rap until RM and Suga. That's a whole new world of music for me.
Our boys have made this pandemic bearable for me.

I just discovered your channel yesterday, and I am so sad I missed it initially! I am a 43 year old mom of 2 and was introduced to BTS by my 13 year old daughter in January of this year. I absolutely love these guys! So humble, funny, charming and just awesome musicians. So proud of them and all that they have accomplished. I just wish I had discovered them sooner!

Love seeing ARMY of all ages and multiple ARMY in families. And thanks to your mom for raising such respectful and open minded men. You would not believe the amount of men who resist listening to BTS because they are a "boy band" or because they sing/rap in Korean. I can't wait to see you guys next season and hopefully more of your beautiful mom. And if you guys don't know Coldplay and BTS are releasing a new song called My Universe on September 24th and of course like everyone mentioned in the chat BTS UN appearance and speech. They will also be performing on the Global Citizen Live event on September 25th which I believe will be on tv.

You might consider saving award show live videos, such as MMA and MAMA for their own season, rather than mixing them in with regular live concert or tv show appearances. Those award show videos tend to be multiple songs and are big productions. They really would be hard to compare to a single song presentation. I would love for you to eventually get to those at some point. Loved the first season and am eagerly awaiting season 2!!! 💜💜

Tell Mom that I think Jimin and his convenience store underwear (he told Hobi that in a Vlive, right?) is most likely because he hadn't gone home in over a day. In Korea, they sell cheap underwear singles in 7-eleven for walk of shame situations - or because, like Jimin, people have crazy work ethics and stay in the office all night. 😂💜
Maybe since BTS have been made Special Envoys for South Korea, this is the catalyst to give the boys a diplomatic exemption for the service? An Envoy is a step under Ambassador.They are still so young and have so much on their plate. The pressure they are under! I’m more concerned for their well-being.

I've watched all of your BTS reactions and I got to say that I appreciate all of the content that you've put out so far... Your mom is really cool, I aspire to be like her when I started my own family. I managed to reel in my siblings but my parents are definitely not having it. As your mom stated, there are no BTS songs that I found bad, even their cover and pre-debut songs are great. Your mom is definitely a rap/hip-hop lover... Really enjoyed it. Please try to upload more videos. There’s like tons of content you people need to see asap. Be ready to fall in this rabbit hole lol I CANT WAIT FOR YOU GUYS TO REACT. There are run episodes you can watch. Every ep is available on TH-cam as well. You can watch bon voyage on dailymotion or just simple type season 1,2 & 3 they’re all available. Plus you guys can watch in the soop too. BTS are real life comedians and family tbh they’re all married to each other 😂 THEY LOVE EACH OTHER WAY TOO MUCH. The connection they have with each other is so rare, almost impossible to see in other artists and bands.
besides that do watch all their MVs. Their bsides tracks, cypher tracks (rap line) vocal line songs, dance practices and much much MORE.
Other Recommendations: performances, awards show performances, interviews, funny compilations, they make every award show like their concert. Get to know them better by reacting to introduction to bts and from nobodies to legends by xCeleste. Each and every member contributes in song writing or producing their own songs. They all have their own solos too. 💜

Thoroughly enjoyed the family conversation. Incredible how BTS & their music created more special bonding memories for your Mom and her sons which will be forever documented in your channel. I'm sure this has brought so much happiness to your Mom. You are great sons / brothers. As for your next season, perhaps you can do an EP/ album timeline. Then for each song - you may choose to do a triple combo reaction ie react to an official music video, followed by a live performance (guesting or concert or a festa/ muster performance) then ending with a dance practice of a single song so you get to see and react to varied performances of one song. This way you hit multiple things in one reaction. Just a little idea... 😊 Hope your Mom becomes a regular. Guests reactors ie WhatchaGot2Say, Andrew Berg & Asian Theory will enrich your shows and be fun.
Regarding ranking / rating - maybe rating albums and EPs can be another possible approach. Or exploring songs within an album... good luck with Season 2. Cheers!

I am a bit sad if you guys decide not to do ranking again actually. I really like genuine casual first time reaction. It gives insights how people, who normally dont listen to them, feel about BTS music when they first time hear it. I believe that they have meaningful messages but It takes lots of effort to go deeper into that. Not everyone has time for that. I've been a fan since 2018 and went to their concert. I dont normally check the message or meaning behind their song. The only song that I did check was Pied Paper. I just enjoy their music per se.
I understand you but your missing the essence of bts by not knowing the message of their songs or looking at more of their lyrics that is a main reason why bts is liked.
@@kaywallis6826 I am not really sure if the main reason people love BTS is because of their lyrics. But for sure, they love their music first. I mean, knowing that only few people in this planet speak Korean, people who decide to check on them such as me are interested in their song first, not understanding any single word. Some of them check the lyrics deeper, which is cool and this definetely add to their experience. Some might not. Nevertheless, music transcends. The feeling is delivered straight to heart without me knowing or checking the lyrics. "First Love" by Yoongi always breaks my heart and I cant listen to it and I dont even understand the lyrics. I can feel the loneliness in the Black Swan.
