FULL-ON Full Body Dumbbell Workout | EPIC Endgame Day 14

  • Every muscle in your body will be hit today! Trisets involving dumbbells and our own bodyweight to bring resistance training and cardio elements combined to make you feel strong and accomplished after!
    The timer will be on for trisets consisting of 30 seconds per exercise with 30 seconds rest inbetween!
    All you will need for this full body workout is a pair of dumbbells and your mat!
    The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 10kg each!
    STAPLE:
    MAKER - SQUAT - PRESS
    SQUAT TO PRESS
    ARNOLD PRESS (same side)
    SQUAT THEN PRESS (same side)
    STATIC LUNGE
    HOLD!
    BODYWEIGHT REAR STEP LUNGE
    STAPLE:
    MAKER - SQUAT - PRESS
    SNATCH
    CLEAN TO SQUAT (same side)
    UNEVEN SQUAT (same side)
    STAGGERED RDL
    STAGGERED SQUAT (same side)
    STAGGERED RDL TO SQUAT
    STAPLE:
    MAKER - SQUAT - PRESS
    SQUAT TO CURTSEY LUNGE
    SQUAT TO LUNGE (same side)
    SQUAT TO CURTSEY LUNGE (same side)
    SINGLE ARM PRESS
    PUSH PRESS
    CLEAN TO PRESS
    STAPLE:
    MAKER - SQUAT - PRESS
    PLANK TO SIDE PLANK ROW
    UNEVEN PUSH UP
    RENEGADE ROW
    FINISHER:
    100 x SMALL TUCK TO TOE TAP
    Always nice knowing we are finishing with abs on the mat after a full body workout!

    Another well balanced and challenging workout! Thanks so much! As a former fitness instructor and lifelong fitness fanatic, I appreicate that I don't have to come up with my own workouts! There are very few quality people on TH-cam that produce workouts with thought and good instruction. You provide both and emphasize health above all. I turly enjoy the torture!!

    I have been enjoying the tri sets this week especially the isometrics, not to mention the finishers!!! They look intimidating but I hear in my head Caroline saying "we can do it!" and we just have to push it a bit more! This is going to be another exciting and fun workout but super rewarding. My calves were complaining for the past 2 days, but it was what I needed. Another muscle that I have been neglecting to develop for awhile. Let's smash this one!!!!     Loved this workout. It's tough. I used 15 pound weights throughout; I could have used 20 pounds for legs. This is so much more efficient than doing weights at the gym.

    There hasn't been a Friday I wasn't excited for and it's for the simple fact that it's FULL BODY FRIDAY. And I learned something new about myself. I used to think pyramids or complex sets were my fave workout until I felt how fast trisets go by 💨 Im glad to be part of this fantastic comminity, lets keep pushing through! 😍

    So much fun!!! That finisher was absolutely killer, but I made it through and finished my 100 reps right at the buzzer. A few months ago I never would have been able to complete 100 reps of any exercise. Non-scale victories for the win! Have a great weekend evereyone

    The highlight of the week for me 🤩 a lot of hard work ! Trisets, makers, squats to press … the staple seems to be a burner 🔥 the maker is such a great full body exercise ! I love the combination of cardio and strength !

    Brilliant workout did it this morning. Burnt loads of cals, was hard going but stuck to it. When I look at stories on Instagram, a lot of younger people workout with Caroline. I’m 61 and love all her workouts 🥰

    So excited (and nervous lol) to hit this with all I got tomorrow!! When I saw the abs finisher my jaw dropped - I've not been very good at doing tucks and I find them difficult but I'll just have to take it as practice.     UPDATE: I'm not sure if it was the coffee I had before doing this and/or watching Caroline's form (or my own in the mirror) but everything just clicked with the finisher - I was able to do it all and my form was looking MUCH better than before. Feeling so so good after this and I wish the same to everyone else no matter how you ended this workout!

    OMG! I loved this one! 😍Thank you as always, Caroline! Excellent staple, loved all the trisets (my favourites were snatch/clean to squat/uneven squats and the squat to press/arnold press triset) The format was intense! You can never go wrong when the staple includes those Makers! 😁💥 Finished with 15 min 'back & core' (with ab wheel) and 'unwind' stretch. 👌🏻❤️

    A couple of years ago I was excited for fridays because for me it meant going out drinking, and now I am always so pumped for full body friday’s ! I go to bed early and wake up so happy to get to do this ! Today was amazing as usual ! I loved the trisets this week ! ❤️💪🏽

    It was tough. It was challenging and most importantly it was so rewarding. I did my first full on push-up 🥳🥳🥳I managed 3 on each side and I am besides myself with pride💃💃💃. I'm getting stronger and starting to fall inlove with lunges aswell. Thank you CG😘😘😘you are truly a gem❤❤❤

    Active Rest Day: Walking, Braced Core and Abs wo + UNWIND.
    Done✔️. Super Sweaty and Challenging! Thoroughly Enjoyed it! Staples were tough but I like it esp. w/ the Makers. My fave triset was the one with snatches. Hardest for me was the finisher as I'm still working on my core but proud I did a 100 even if it took longer. Feels Amazing! 🤩

      I love them too! Don't you love how challenging these trisets format has been? I usually find that complexes or pyramids are the most challenging but these trisets are fun and hard at the same time. Active rest day was spent walking for me aswell! Have a great Friday Trish!

      Morning Trish...I loved this...really enjoyed the trisets and the staple! I used 8 kg weights as that is my limit for doing shoulder presses! I just loved the finisher and I was pleased to do 135 reps without a break! Have a lovely weekend! Matthew

    It's about what you can do I have a broken foot I did this kneeling and sitting and with ankle weights to modify some of these moves like seated snatches and hamstring curls and leg extensions and a squat to press was kneel to Press❤️🔥🔥 And abs on fire thank you so much Caroline❤️

      Awesome job Marie, that’s great determination!!! I truly applaud you for this. I recently recovered from an ankle break and it was easy to not workout because I was so immobile and simply seeing what others can do that I cannot can be extremely upsetting. This comment about your modifications is truly inspiring and that’s awesome perseverance and dedication. You should be proud of yourself!

    Going through a bit of a tough time and so grateful for Caroline's honesty. When exercises become challenging for her she's not afraid to show that she too is human and may have to stop or slow down. I suffer from OCD and always think what I accomplish is never enough. Just when I think to myself "what's wrong with me" why does this feel so hard", I see Caroline's face look back at me with a sigh and see she truly is struggling too. She keeps me in check with reality and pushes me to realize my all out is not necessary for good health. I keep reminding myself that feeling strong and healthy doesn't mean running a marathon everyday!!!! Thank god for Caroline's realistic image and ideology she presents for overall wellness. Trying to be kinder to myself and grateful for this community in helping me achieve this.

    Whew! This was awesome and tough! So good though! My heart rate hit cardio range after the first set and stayed there the whole workout. I love these FB Fridays that serve as strengthening and conditioning sessions!!! The trisets have been amazing and that maker staple just kept getting tougher and tougher but we got through! Great job everyone!!! Thanks Caroline!!! 💕

    Done with 10kg dumbbells. Trying to do shoulder presses when you're exhausted from makers and squats is a real mental challenge! The finisher started off easy, but after 30 reps or so the lactic acid had really built up in my abs and from that point I had to stop after every ten reps. 🔥
    Afterwards I did the Rock Hard Abs add-on to rip apart what was left of my abs... I recall struggling a lot more the first time I tried it compared to today, so I think my abs are getting stronger! 💪🏼

    Getting more intense by the day.... but we are all here for that very challenge. Used 12kg DBs which were tough enough with the trisets. Lots of shoulders and offcoarse the maker. Finisher was super. Hope you all had a great Fullbody Friday .....see you Sunday 😉

      Thank you for the heart Caroline. I did pretty good on most everything. I had to drop the weight to do some presses and some of the renegade rows and even then it was tough but did almost all the reps and completely did the finisher with one small break. 🙂 It's also my 66th birthday. I owe a lot of my mobility and ability to you.

    Doesn't time just fly by with trisets. I'm looking forward to having fun with this workout, maker as the staple will be full on and the 100 abs finisher will definitely finish off the abs.     Friday is Friday full body. Loved every move today. I challenged myself and used 2x10kg Dumbbells. It was tough but I pushed myself and talked myself not to grab lighter weights and I didn't. Phew, my arms are on fire 💥and will be sore, oh well my whole body is. I am getting stronger and better every day. Loving it. Happy weekend to you all. 💕🙌

    I realized I'm not ready for this series yet, returning to iron starting tomorrow. Might return to this when the semester begins because I'll have the rage in my veins and be able to bring the adrenaline with me to the gym. This isn't the summer series either. Been feeling drained and disappointed because I can't go high on the weights because the workouts are longer and shorter breaks between supersets

    Hi Caroline! It's bedtime soon for me so I'll be doing this tomorrow but I like to take a peak at what to expect and I really love the snatch>clean and squat>uneven squat combo so much! oh and the ABS FINISHER was a nice surprise to see so we can get some ab volume in for the week!!
    Great combos all throughout! This is gonna be another fun full body Friday!
