This dudes mixes are incredible, he will be a legendary producer one day.
He doesn’t mix BMTH’s stuff thought. Dan Lancaster does. Just pointing out. Dan is great.
@Dru Oh yeh, absolutely, no doubt in that. I love the guy and his contributions to the band. I’m just pointing out that he doesn’t mix the tracks.
@Dru and his enthusiasm is palpable. Great chap!
Is this the guy who stole from evanescence and Red-hot chili peppers?
@Dru him and Oli produce all the tracks together but Jordan usually takes the lead on the engineering/Pro Tools stuff. Dan Lancaster (and Zakk Cervini, more recently) mixes their songs. The differences between producer, mixing engineer, recording engineer, and mastering engineer are all important distinctions to make.
i personally feel glad that jordan joined the band. i think his work give BMTH a "characteristic" (not to mention his work as a backing vocalist.) this guy deserve more appreciation imo.
“I kinda invited myself”
You just see every song renamed to Bring Me The Horizon ft Jordan Fish 😂
He genuinely seems like the nicest guy. I used to not like him because i felt he made the band soft, but he made the band SO much better.
i had thought the same
same here
How dumb you guys were. I can't imagine what gonna happen with you when you find out that Jordan's vocals have been doing everything in each album starting from "Sempiternal"
I used to think Jordan took them to another level, but also think he has ruined the band with the soft pop style...
He is literally the one always suggesting aggressive vocals
"And The Snakes Started To Sing" is such an underrated song
I love this dude. He's such a talent and an overall wholesome personality.
Jordan really saved the band, they could be stuck in 2010s and got forget. This dude took the band every album to a new step!
But for real, everything they have made since Jordan has been there is insanely good, idk how people cant look past the “its not heavy metal” vibe and just accept thats no matter what genre of music it is, its all been bangers and/or good sounding music.
Absolutely, there scope for different sounds is unmatched.
@@tytyrichards5364 Exactly!
To mix up their genres and sounds for each song but still have that "Bring me vibe" is something I don't really see other bands do (at this level/quality), especially when the tracks are as good and different as they are in Post Human.
Its bloody good stuff ;)
Fake fans man.
We're talking about people who dont understand art here. They dont understand that Oli, Jordan, Lee and gang are human, and musicians and artists at that! We change over time, we all do, or we should if need be and as time goes on. This is true for us all as humans but also for them as artists and all them haters who just skipped the recent albums because its not heavy enough just dont get it.
@@AbeTweakin Mate, I'm 42 and just discovered this band, they're fantastic. I knew of them for years but didn't really pay much attention to them because I naively put them in the same 'emo' genre of bands from the early 2010's but I was so wrong.
man.... sempinternal is one of the best albums ever! production, lyrics, emotions... masterpiece!
I could watch this kind of BMTH behind the scenes for hours
Can you believe it? He just invited himself to BMTH... I'm so glad he did
We gotta see a Mike Shinoda collaboration on the next record.
thats a damn good interview when the interviewer can literally cut him/herself out and get the responses that make it seems like he's just recording himself.
This dude is just as perfect as a famous dude should be! Fun, down to earth, humble and loves what he does!
He’s really nice and down to earth I met him today , he comes into the Starbucks I work at now and again as he lives local to us :D
8:44 when he started shaking his phone to the beat. i cant- lol
His production is unbelievable. And he’s right, why do you only kick me when I’m down is underrated as hell. I fucking love that song, the brass is amazing
Amo is a beautiful album and the sound is just phenomenal
This man's production is so underrated
Kick me when I'm down is genuinely so underated, Jordan said it was supposed to have a video at one point and I'm so sad to this day it didn't 😔
I wonder what it would’ve been like
Actually the best hip hop-type song I heard in 2019
I used to hate him because I saw him as the main reason for BMTH changing styles, but over the years, I've come to appreciate his skills. His work on BMTH's nu metal stuff is similar to Joe Hahn's work in Linkin Park.
He singlehandedly made BMTH who they are today. His production/mixing on their albums is incredible.
this man understands how awesome happy hardcore is and also listens to S3RL, what a legend!! killer producer.
His one of the reasons *Sempiternal* album really hooked me in into listen and love BMTH
Jordan has mad skills in production 🔥
Jordan is just awesome! For a sense of variety really, it's awesome to see a rock producer who's so passionate about and is so open about listening to pop, electronica and more non-rock genres. Love his production style; hope to learn some of the same things one day 😎
What a down to earth, humble guy.
And the snakes start to sing is just one of those perfect songs . And why you gotta kick me is the best song on amo . And the production on 1x1 is just eargasm worthy . You my friend are a true legend
this prooves why amo is a masterpiece
People get too focused on “not metal reeee” (like what Oli describes in “heavy metal”) that they don’t appreciate the musical production that is Amo. I love the album so much
KINGSLAYER IS DOPE!
Really cool inteview, great insights!
"Doomed" is an absolute masterpiece
Agree on Why you gotta kick me, that song deserves sooo much more appreciation, easily my fave off the record.
I love this. Hearing the parts from CYFMH and house of wolves was so cool. And WYGKMWID is my favorite on amo so good job Jordan!
Love how the band gives us these backstories and samples. We really are spoiled :)
I just love this guy, he's really good in bmth, i just love all the details in amo and the project they dropped later "music to listen to"
Why you gotta kick me when I’m down is one of my favourite tracks. Also, love that there was influence of the streets.
Fine... i'm gonna subscribe. Keep him talking more 😂
he protecc
he attaccc
but most importantly
he sample for bmth songs
is that supposed to be funny ?...
@@shaodynasty1017 just some weebshit
@@shaodynasty1017 it is for me
I'm not going to lie, I completely popped when he said what I believe them to be which is a Nu Metal band! I couldn't be any more happier that they are, because that will always be my number one genre!
He’s an national treasure
He made the band so much better
We will love Jordan forever
And his voice is so beautiful
Stay chill n humble
He called BMTH Nu-Metal for today. That made my freaking night!
BMTH is the genre itself
It's amazing how art influences art and constantly create new things, awesome talk
I don’t think Kingslayer would’ve been as good as it is without Su’s vocals. She really helps make that song what it is
Forever dying to see y’all live😭❤️
Humble and Jordan is a much more creative musician than he can admit.
I love the concept of them using the original intro for CYFMH as their live intro for the song. Nothing goes to waste.
Best thing to happen to BMTH was Jordan joining the band
Why the fuck are people disliking it! He is literally explaining his story! 😠
I could watch this kind of video of him/bmth for hours
Let’s be honest though. Where would BMTH be if it hadn’t been for Jordan joining 🤷🏼♀️
This episode is so good. Love Jordan's input
WORSHIP's one and only album is fucking incredible, cannot recommend it more
coudnt find them on youtube
@@OfficialFunnyCream worshipofficial.bandcamp.com/releases :)
Super psyched that he started playing DJ S3rl at the end xD my favorite happy hardcore dj
love this guy
I'll print some t-shirts
"Jordan Fish is the new Mike Shinoda" anyone want a piece?
This was so interesting, I really want to meet him someday :)
This band and their mixes in particular are just incredible - he is basically the more modern day Liam Howlett. So so innovative….
This man speaks my language.
Bring Me The Jordan 🤘
Bring Me The Fish 🐟
It's videos like this that I wish there was a 'love' button alongside the 'like'!!
06:10 That's the one, oi! Love The Streets, mate!
Anybody else think the chords used for the intro of Can You Feel My Heart sound similar to those in Nihilist Blues?
the synths in fresh bruises are also similar to the ones in cyfmh
Same key
yep, exact same chords
yeahhh...so I'm gonna need that Stormzy x BMTH collab
such a genius
Fish is the goat
My inspiration.
his last name is fish👏 his last name is fish👏his last name is fish👏
Your ok bro?
😹idk
I love Why You Gotta Kick Me When I'm Down
Glad to see why you got to kick me when I'm down getting some attention
YES! I Loved the orchestral deep, bass of those heavy horns (trombone maybe?) in the instrumental background on "Why You Gotta kick me when I'm Down" They sound so gloom n doom, like someone is about to get they're ass kicked! I'm not sure, but I think that instrumental was somewhere on their experimental Album/EP "Music to, Go....To" or wtf ever it's long name is, which I personally liked.
Another slept on masterpiece is "I Don't Know What to Say" God the amount of tears I've shed listening to that song alone makes it epic😭 Love Jordan. Oli n Jordan were meant to create these songs, the band destined to play them and we're blessed to hear them 😇So proud and happy of them🤘🏻
I absolutely love rhat Jordan is such a killer at production, but the technical terms are just escaping him. So we get his own renditions of the sounds with his mouth haha
1:56 Now I got why Sempiternal sounded like it did
I could live off just Linkin Park and BMTH music for the rest of my life their taste of sound just gets me.
I’ve got the biggest thing for Jordan. I haven’t got insta, I don’t use Twitter.. I have Facebook or TH-cam so I can’t ever ‘fan girl’ him either. Guessing he’s happily married.. he’s just so nice 🥺
@@rorz999 🤣🤣🤣🤣 that’s a chat up line and a half
Doomed is my favorite Bring Me song.
This long intro of Cant u feel my Heart Sounds Like Nihilist Blues
Thank you jordan for everthing we will miss you ❤
Bestman
whats up everybody my name is Jordan Fish And Your Watching Loudwire...
Sempiternal is the best metalcore album of all time, it will never be topped.
There is a hell beats that album 10 fold. There’s probably 50 better metalcore albums than that. That albums barely metalcore. To each their own but that claim is odd.
It’s definitely up there but it def doesn’t beat define the great line
How much metalcore have you listened to?
Count Your Blessings is 10x better
@@taj1997 people could literally just reply with metalcore albums better than sempiternal
Love your vids
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia hadir 🇲🇾
1:12 The SHEER amount of dislikes I've had from saying the exact same thing is unbelievable 😐
You're not alone, I feel completely the same and as far as all the bashers go well to borrow from another Nu metal band... PEOPLE=SHIT!
Someone has Jordan fish nickname of Spotify?
i thought i heard somewhere that he was a part of there is a hell too...but idk now after seeing this vid
What the name of the intro song? I could have sworn I saw the answer somewhere else but I can't find it anymore.
I didn't know Bear Grylls wrote music
1:56 what song?
Worship (Jordan Fish Previous Band) - Collateral
i love hiiimmm
Why the Can u feel my heart intro sounds 1:1 like Nihilist Blues???
5:25 dude just forgot about throne
Yppah collaboration please.
Yeah but what about Sid Wilson ?
Jordan Fish is still isn't in the band, they just need him for now, BUUUUT I AM ALWAYS OPEN!!!! But for now, I just need a little bit of work. Might take like 7 years, but none the less you'll find a band that will say you are in! :D
😂😂😂
Didn't know that Manu can sing, jk Ilove bmth and the music they've made. And also JF is good thing happened to their band.
Isn't he a KEYBOARDIST
This dude 100% plucks his eyebrows
????
So cute 😂😂
