hello, I have an opel corsa d and the dashboard sound does not work. I'll check if the speaker works, maybe I have to change the dashboard. can i unsolder eeprom and solder it back on the new dashboard? with doing that could put the new dashboard?

hi thanks for the videos i have a problem. I have a corsa d 1.4xer engine the intake manifold exploded on me i replaced it and now i have no speedo or fuel gauge readings
That shouldn't have any influence on the issues you are having now...
Unless something was damaged during the occurrence or the repair... double check everything around the area... scan the car and check live data...

@@LMAutoRepairs I thought your repair methods are to fix and not just to replace and create more waste. So far you impressed me by actually fixing things when possible instead of just replacing parts like the parts changers at the dealerships.

Use a stepper motor from a used cluster, still better than buy new... it is reuse after all...

@@LMAutoRepairs I repair, code, and flash mostly MB clusters of all ages and I have a box full of new stepper motors and displays. They really cost Pennies compared to even a used cluster.
I also like to repair vs replace (anything in fact not just car parts). We certainly are a small group of enthusiasts trying to do the right thing for the environment and customer.
hi do you have to pay a lot of membership fees too keep your tools up to date and have access to thing's like wiring diagrams I try to only work on Citroen and Peugeot having wiring diagrams I can pull up easily would make my life easier
There is some subscriptions that I have...
The Autel is just 1k each per year...
Diagrams is have some offline, and I have a subscription on HGS...

@@LMAutoRepairs ah sorry I didn’t know that , I have got a upc used one and want to virginise it or clear it down , but I have both original and replacement too , can you help me to get this done please , original one was water ingress and causing the vehicle to start on its own , now I have exactly same part number but only getting fault for airbag B0500 which was not there before fuse box replacement, thanks very much
😂 No it is not rocket science. But in 2003 it took me a few months, a lot of different " trial " clusters and a true specialist to teach me to understand what I was doing because it was all Chinese to me.
