That night under a clouded sky
    Where no stars were visible
I laid down atop the crinkly grass and smouldering ash
Still warm from the transgressions before
And as I rest my weary eyes
And filled my lungs in the smoke of their burning
A startling vision came to pass in my dreams
A entity from long since past.
She sat before a massive tree, dead inside
    Was this the legendary Qlippoth?
And she was surrounded by red candles
Illuminating the beauty that only she possessed
    "The Dark Mistress..."
It didn't appear she was surprised to see me,
after all, we were and are two beings held within
Like two opposing personalities of a multiple disorder
Still, we thrive, and are independent of one another
As the light of the blood moon reflected against the tree
And she leaned back in her way so sultry
Her lips that spoke of words seductively
Gained new meaning as she pried and called to me
We spoke for hours, alone in our world
For away from all the harsh realities
A psychically linked bond within a dream
Just her and I, with no one else to see
She asked and she pleaded, it was I that she needed
And of course the earlier transgressions came to light
I told her about the deal, to gain our innocence back
And she made a valid point, with tears in her eyes
If this deal was to gain what we had lost,
Why was it he who held our inner children?
It never occurred to me, he was controlling us
The second infant he held, was this beautiful creature
A fire was stoked, deep in my chest
She noticed immediately and her hand she had pressed
Her Icy fingers, alleviated and slowed down it's vengeance
All good things respected come with a price, and then end
She returned to her seat, before the Qlippothian tree
A gentle breeze that seemed to follow her snuffed the candlelight
As the surroundings dimmed, she began to fade into the shadows,
And with a final step, like a siren's spirit, faded into the tree
My last memory of her, disappearing
A moment was taken, and I gazed up at the moon above
As it's reddish hue faded back to bone white,
The quiet caws of ravens could be heard in the distance..
