I love the competition aspect. Are you planning this for every park? Think that is a great video competition that is also practical! Also, great to see more Erick!!
We followed your Genie Plus Strategy in March of this year, we were done with Remy, Frozen Ever After and Elsa Anna Meet and Greet by 9:30 AM Had the entire day for our 4 year old to complete every Character Meet and Greet in the park!
😍 that opening shot of the Epcot sign just gave me the Disney butterflies 🦋 in my stomach. Thank you for making this video. I can not wait to get back to the parks myself! 😅
Thank you! That was really fun and informative . I found the two different paths aspect very helpful. I unfortunately haven’t done remy because I’m very susceptible to motion sickness. My granddaughter had a two hour wait for remy during her senior class trip and that really made the ride quite a turn off. Luckily she was able to do it as a walk on when we did Epcot extended evening in the summer of 2023 and of course that totally changed her perception of and delight in the ride. Merry Christmas to you and Erick.
I LOVE your videos and appreciate your recommendations so much. Just did our first trip as a family with a toddler and you saved the day. We rocked all the early entries
@ Yup! I discovered it about 4 trips ago when my wife and I hit up barn stormer first then 7 dwarfs mine train right before park opening. I love analyzing strategies and methods. :) We really enjoyed the video
Great video as always, looks like until Test Track is back going in via the International Gateway is the best option. Would be good if you occasionally put a map of the park on the screen so we could see where you're walking. I remember being at the front of Early Entry a couple times and thinking "Which way am I actually going?" 😂
We did the exact same thing a couple weeks ago and started with Soarin for early entry and it worked out great. I had a lightening lane for Remi in the morning so the only ride we had to wait in line for was Frozen. Thank you so much for your videos, especially the comparison ones. They really do help out when planning your days at the parks and where to start.
It would be great to see a video on potential strategies for combining early entries & LLMP for people staying for a longer trip. I’m from the UK visiting this year for 11 nights on site. I would love to hear your thoughts on how best to approach that with LLMP & Early Entry!
I think the real reason Soarin’ first won was because of the time Erick lost walking from Frozen to Remy and then all the way back to the front of the park. That’s a lot of time eaten up by walking. It was a squeaker, though.
🤗 Single rider at Remy's is going to be a game changer for me. Then it will be Soarin' first, multi-pass at Frozen and Remy single rider. Currently it's been Remy multi-pass then I can typically get a Soarin' multi-pass after my first ride in the park and if I go on Frozen I hop on at the end of the night. I'm not a huge lover of the new nighttime show at EPCOT so I don't care if I miss it to go on a ride. But now I will be able to perhaps double dip Soarin' or Remy, aka Win-Win. 😂 I will be down for 5 days at the beginning of FARTS and can't wait. It is my favorite of the 50 Festivals. 🤣 Happy New Year!
Another amazing video! Question - did you ever run into trouble with booking lightening lanes but then the park having no theme park reservations? I currently have a theme park reservation for MK but booked my lightening lanes for AK. When I went to modify my theme park reservation it said AK and Epcot was unavailable. I could keep my current reservation at MK or switch to HS. I spoke with a cast member and no luck. I don’t know why the system lets you pay and book lightening lanes but then you can’t enter the park. I have annual passes.
Did you guys do an early entry from International Gateway (I think thats what it is called)? If not, would love to see that, we are headed in March and staying at Boardwalk so my plan is Remy, Frozen, Soarin.
What early entry line is best if I want to ride Remy from the main entrance? I tried the Living with the Land entry point and used the path by Canada during our last trip but I wonder if that is the fastest.
Heigh Ho! It’s been a while since I’ve roped dropped from International Gateway but yes, you can absolutely beat the front gate people. In fact I was there at a slow time and was able to ride Frozen twice before the line really started to grow. As Rob said, it’s faster to go left toward the UK and Canada to get to Norway (Good thing I was always terrible at geography because World Showcase would just make things more confusing lol)
Sort of - you have to get a ride to Boardwalk or Yacht & Beach Club. What Id recommend is to take your hotel transportation to Hollywood Studios and then take the walking path, skyliner or boat to Epcot.
Would be really interested to see a Lightning Lane Guide/Strategy video for Hollywood Studios & Magic Kingdom! Going to Disney World soon so would love to see how to approach those parks
Epcot is tough right now because there are these three attractions that everyone wants to do and they stay busy. I’d say rope drop them in the order that they matter most to you because they will all only get busier as the day goes on. Probably you will spend the least amount of time in line for your first ride by rope dropping Soarin’, but Remy and Frozen will be long. Hopefully Test Track will shake things up when it comes back online.
@@EarScoutswill you be sharing strategy if you start with the International Gateway? Also, any advice when going on a day where RunDisney causes the park to open at 10am?
I'm glad those are the most popular rides in Epcot, because we're not interested in any of them! Haha! I never thought Ratatouille was a good movie; I never saw or had an inclination to see Frozen; and Soarin' still looks a bit warped on the sides. I'll still head over early for rope drop at the Int'l Gateway, though - Hubby's been raving about the French pastries, and I want to grab us goodies for breakfast most mornings (we'll be staying at Yacht Club). Glad to know our Epcot days will not have to be rushed. :D
We rope dropped Frozen twice in the spring and were literally the very first people there waiting for early entry to start, but it didn’t even matter because there were so many people just running past us 🤪 AND we are fast walkers 🤷♀️ I tried not to let it get to me, after all we were in a magical place 🎉

So glad to hear our videos helped you have a great Epcot day. 😀 Thanks so much for watching and taking the time to leave this comment.
@ of course, you guys deserve more mentions when it comes to Disneyworld TH-camrs!
So grateful to have an Ear Scouts video during this very hectic time of year.

It’s so funny watching groups of people run to a frozen ride when you see it like that on camera 😂 great video

Love your videos! So wholesome and informative
We really appreciate you for watching! We are happy to read that you enjoy them ☺️
Thank you very much Rob and Eric, I really like your guides and happy to see Eric in the video. Merry Christmas!
I love it when your advice includes sleeping in!! I’m not a morning person 😊
Your ears ❤ Hope y’all have a very happy Holiday season.
Happy holidays to you and your family as well! Thank you so much for watching
Thanks Amy! Happy holidays to you and your family, too!
Great video. The family and I just watched it. We discussed the winning strategy!
Awesome! Did you pick the winning path? Happy holidays!

Love the background music-nice touch!

I’m shocked that you won! ☺️ Thank you both so much for sharing the 2 strategies!
Next time I will try to do better 😂. Thank you so much for watching

Epcot is quickly becoming one of my favorite parks!

Love seeing Erik in the videos 98 days😊
This is exactly what we did on our Epcot day!
Which route did you take? Frozen or Soarin’ first?
I love these videos! But can we talk about the fact that Epcot really needs to up their breakfast food options!
Great video
Thank you so much for watching ☺️!
Thanks, Martha! Happy holidays!
Thanks for all your strategy videos! Need Help understanding why Test Track no longer has X’s on Thrill Data?????😮 Merry Christmas!
Great video! But that jacket though! Where did you get it?!? Must have!

Where is Erick’s headband from? So cool!! We’re going to use this strategy when we go in Feb!
This was a surprise, I would have thought starting with Frozen or Remy would be best.
Do you have a video showing the same rides but during the deluxe hotels extended hours?
What early entry line is best if I want to ride Remy from the main entrance? I tried the Living with the Land entry point and used the path by Canada during our last trip but I wonder if that is the fastest.
I always rope drop frozen - never thought to do soarin since it usually has lower waits
Yeah 1 hr 15 min before Early Entry is the sweet spot to get to the resort bus stations to head to the parks
Would love to see what Frozen is like for early entry from the rear gate. Can you get there before the front entry folks?
Heigh Ho! It’s been a while since I’ve roped dropped from International Gateway but yes, you can absolutely beat the front gate people. I’d agree with Craig that it’s doable, but you better have your fast walking shoes on. 😂
For us it wasn't a great plan. When we got to Frozen everyone was already there. Maybe bad luck. It was Friday and a very busy day
Can you Uber to the world showcase entrance in the morning to start at Remy?
Sort of - you have to get a ride to Boardwalk or Yacht & Beach Club. What Id recommend is to take your hotel transportation to Hollywood Studios and then take the walking path, skyliner or boat to Epcot.
@@EarScoutsthank you!
Does Soarin have a single rider line?
Unfortunately no. The seating doesn’t really need single riders to fill out.

Hi Rob! I remember u have a new year epcot video. But now I can't find it😢
Hi Antonia! It’s on our Patreon community, but it’s free to watch: www.patreon.com/posts/95746951
Love those Ears ❤❤❤
Would you have a different strategy for rope drop, vs early entry?
Epcot is tough right now because there are these three attractions that everyone wants to do and they stay busy. how would i get to the skyline from all music resort for international gateway entry to epcot
@@neilflit3228 your best option is to take a bus to Hollywood Studios and then take the skyliner

All those people running to get on Frozen. So annoying! If they weren't allowed to run, Erik would have been fine.
I was surprised of how many people decided to run. Thankfully people were asked to walk by the Cast Members near Mexico 😅.

First!
Thank you so much for watching!
They need to start stopping the whole crowd when people run. There will always be rude people, so sad.
